Air Max enthusiasts have zeroed in on the Milan Collection with emphasis because of the nice suede materials used on the uppers. Of the Milan bunch, this suede Air Max 97 deserves some special notice because we’ve never really seen the Nike Air Max 97 built up with these types of lux materials (which reminds us of the Air Max 97 Lux from a few years back). With a tonal grey suede and a nice pop of Cyber green on the outsole, this bullet-train inspired design should have Air Max fans darting to retailers. Size? has them available now so check the details below and stay tuned for more updates on the Nike Air Max “HomeTurf” Collection.

Engineered Mesh is being widely used as a replacement for older materials as an upgrade in breathability and lightness, but what if Mesh is replacing…mesh? The original Air Max 97 already featured the light and airy mesh upper between the “tracks” on the upper, but Engineered Mesh not only preserves that advantage, but also gives it a stunning visual appeal with the non-uniform pattern. Throw in the orange-to-yellow “Sunrise” gradient and you have a pretty snazzy pair of Nike Air Max 97 EM runners that stand out well in the stunning Air Max “Sunrise” Pack”. Additional angles are below, so take a look and stay tuned to Sneaker News for release updates.
