ALIFE is rolling out their Holiday 09 Footwear lineup this Friday November 6th. There are many different styles and colors scheduled to be released, old and new. There are nine different shoes to be released: the ALIFE Chuck, Kennedy, Everybody High Flood, Everybody Mono Hiker, Everybody Mono quilt, Everybody High Cup, Everybody High Core, Everybody Mid and Shelltoe. Yesterday, we gave you the heads up about the Alife warehouse clearance store that has popped up in the space formerly occupied by Nort/Recon, and here’s a look at some of the wonders found inside. We scoped out the spot today in search of great deals on clothing, footwear and plenty of other Alife goodies. The shop opened its doors for the sale today and will continue until November 1st, so keep reading to check out some pics of what you might find, and if you’re a fan of the brand, try to get over there before the best stuff is gone.

Alife Chuck All Weather – RGB Pack

The Alife Chuck is one of the dressier sneakers being released from Alife. Most of the previous versions of this model have been released in more conservative colorways like tan, brown and black. The “RGB Pack,” goes in the opposite direction by releasing three pairs all in vibrant solid colors. Featuring a full suede upper, these Chucks come in: Red, Blue and Green (hence the namesake “RBG Pack”). ALIFE Everybody High Americas – Turquoise + Brown

To say that ALIFE got their swag on with this latest drop is an understatement. Now, we’re not being effusive with praise here (even if the colours are spectacular). More pointing out that not only is the ALIFE Everybody America High pretty much a cut and paste (sew?) copy of the Nike Dunk High silhouette, but now they’ve applied the SWAGGER Terminator feel to two different pairs of Americas. There’s one pair each of turquoise or brown, each of which is constructed of a mix of lightly tumbled, patent and faux-lizard leathers, smooth nubuck, nylon mesh and woven nylon. Whew, that’s a mouthful, but the variety of fabrics gives a fantatic tonal effect. Grab both pairs so you can mix and match them; they’re available at ALIFE retailers like Wish.

Alife Everybody Mid – Black Suede Pack – Blue + Pink

One of Alife’s most popular models, the Everybody Mid, is back with a fresh new look for fall. Two new colorways of the shoe have just been released that use a black suede upper with black leather piping around the seams. Both pairs feature only one accent color, one using pink and the other using a light blue. The only splashes of color show up on the tongue labels and midsoles, with an extra set of matching laces providing some additional options. J Dilla feat. Havoc & Raekwon – “24K Rap” – Filmed @ Alife

Hip-hop and the sneaker game often go hand in hand, so when watching the new video for J-Dilla’s “24K Rap,” featuring Raekwon and Havoc of Mobb Deep, many sneakerheads will notice a familiar backdrop behind the action. Late last month, we gave you a look at some behind the scenes pics from the filming of the video that just so happened to be shot at none other than legendary NYC shop, Alife. Store manager Jesse Villanueva even makes an appearance in the video as a victim who is tied up and robbed in the store. Besides the setting for the video being a sneaker store, there are also some sneaker cameos in the footage, such as Raekwon holding up a pair of LIVESTRONG Mister Cartoon Air Force 1’s.
