ALIFE Everybody ‘Basic Collection’

It’s Dunk-like design plays a significant role in pretty much every major pack ALIFE releases, but here’s an instance where the Everybody is everything for Rivington Street’s finest. The Basic Collection brings you five pairs of ALIFE Everybodys split between the low, mid and hightop cuts, and all with white stitching plus vulcanized soles instead of the traditional cup. Two each of the low and highs put the lone middle child in its place, and you’ll see all of them in more images by clicking on the jump below. When it comes to independent labels doing their thing in the footwear game, few names carry the weight of ALIFE. Longtime curators of the sneaker culture in the NYC area, the ALIFE team has been going hard with their in house collections and the Fall 2011 season is no exception. The drop spans a nice range of styles, with their ubiquitous Dunk tribute the Everybody High showing off some premium materials, and the group of lowtops rounding out the lifestyle look. ALIFE Rivington Club x Warrior Footwear

Like several other long lost brands of yore, Warrior Footwear was resurrected in recent years, a rebirth long overdue with brands like Feiyue having copied their classic look while the brand was gone. But just like any other brand looking to generate some buzz in the streets, Warrior went out and hooked up with one of the United States’ hottest boutiques, namely New York’s ALIFE. The A.R.C. x Warrior Footwear collection brings ‘the Chuck Taylor of China’ back to the US with a white canvas upper, woodgrain vulc-soled design that’s hand painted to ensure no two are alike. They feature A.R.C. branding on the heel, insole and packaging and will retail for the relatively tiny price of $50. ALIFE Summer 2011 Footwear Collection

One of the most influential streetwear brands over the last decade is none of than ALIFE of New York City, and for the Summer 2011, the LES-based label is ready to roll out its fresh footwear collection. A multitude of colors will be available, but here’s a look at the nine models ripe for the picking; the Everybody High returns in Navy and Off-white in cotton-twill uppers, or if you want something a bit lower-cut, try the crepe-soled Amagansett in Navy, Red, or White. Something a bit more stylish is the Moc Suede, which apepars in soft suede uppers highlighted by the lux bow-tie. ALIFE Chuck Native – Spring 2011 Colorways

ALIFE built their footwear collection by reinterpreting classic sneaker and casual shoe designs over the years, this latest a playful spin on both. The ALIFE Chuck Native is pictured above in two new colorways, each of which features a wacky zig-zag ‘frame’ on its side panels. This piece is done in the same suede as their toes, while the remainder comes in with a contrasting canvas shade. Pairs in teal/beige and sand/purple switch their bright/balance blocking pattern while both add a teal heel section to the sole. ALIFE Everybody Hi ‘Official’ – Spring 2011

New York’s ALIFE was one of the first boutiques to offer its own sneaker lineup and one that’s stood the test of time was probably not coincidentally an established silhouette. The ALIFE Everybody borrows heavily from Nike’s Dunk vamp and adds a chunkier cup sole, this ‘Official Pack’ setting itself apart with prominent ‘a’ branding on the side panels of a canvas design with suede on the ankle collar. Each pair features the same golden brown suede section, which looks quite different on white, tan and royal blue pairs, all of which should be available in the states shortly as they just dropped at Japan’s FLAUGE.
