Sneaker Con is on a whirlwind tour at the moment and is bringing that renowned show to cities across the country on consecutive weekends. Following Washington DC, they headed out west and set up shop in San Francisco. What followed was a slightly smaller scale than usual, but one that still had the typical assortment of on-feet heat. In recent years we’ve seen proprietary Nike technologies applied to hallmark basketball models quite a bit, with the Nike Dunk going Free on us and the Nike Blazer going Lunar. The Nike Lunar Blazer is actually being revamped this year and becoming the Nike Lunar Blazer 2.0, which strips a couple of panels away from the model and uses a sublimated tape look in place of traditional stitching. Nike Blazer Mid Vintage “Rainbow” Pack

A couple of weeks ago we were treated to a preview image of the classic Nike Blazer Mid featuring a multi-color stitching on the back heel. Now known as the Nike Blazer Mid “Rainbow Pack”, the silhouette sees 5 new colorways as the shoes cover all the bases of the primary colors while also including a green and orange pair for good measure. Each silhouette features a unique rainbow tag and heel stitching ¬†while an off white hits the laces, vintage Swoosh, and midsole. The desert camo Nike SB Stefan Janoski will have some complementary camouflage styles once it shows up at Nike SB shops for Summer 2014. There’s also a Nike SB Blazer and a Nike Satire Canvas that sport similar looks as far as the specific style of camo used. They do switch up the colors though, so each of the sneakers that make up the trio manages a distinct look. This weekend we gave you a first peek at the fragment design x Nike Blazer Low, the latest Swoosh project to come from the lab of Hiroshi Fujiwara. As is usually the case with Hiroshi’s Nike projects, these won’t be too terribly easy to get a hold of. The fragment design x Nike Blazer Low SP will release exclusively at the POOL Aoyama, which is Fujiwara’s new retail space, when it opens its doors on April 5th, 2014. It’s not easy to quantify the number of Nike sneakers that Fragment Design and Hiroshi Fujiwara have contributed to, thanks to the latter’s part in the mighty HTM design collective. Ending up with the Fragment stamp rather than the HTM one is this upcoming release previewed by Fujiwara himself, which features a clean beige makeup for the Nike Blazer Low silhouette (As far as we can tell this one isn’t of the SB variety).
