Nike LeBron 11 “Great Hall” by District Customs

nike lebron 11 great hall customs 2 Nike LeBron 11 Great Hall by District Customs

Game of Thrones¬†currently¬†sits atop the um… throne of drama television right now (take this Nike LeBron 11 custom as proof of its reign since we’ve yet to see any Mad Men referencing pairs). And what better a silhouette to reference everyone’s favorite Sunday night tradition than the current King of the NBA in LeBron James’ latest wear in this Nike LeBron 11 “Great Hall” one-off by District Customs. Referencing the interior design of the luxurious hall that holds the Iron Throne, the sneaker sees marble accents aided by bronze, gold and burgundy referencing the current ruling power in Westeros. This pair keeps things rather understated too, and won’t leave those that turn their heads at it like Oberyn Martell. With looks like these, one has to wonder how much the asking price would be. Remember, a Lanister always pays their debts. More images after the click.

We’ve seen the Nike Air Penny line play a part in a couple of very important Nike All Star releases as of late, but we’ve yet to see them really look back into history at Penny’s actual All-Star appearances. Helping out with that is this Nike Air Max Penny 1 creation from Dank Customs, which sports the look of the classic jersey from the 1996 All-Star game. The choice of silhouette is an appropriate one – Penny had on a black pair during his performance that year. Browse the full set of photos for these custom Pennies below and then get in touch with Dank Customs for inquiries.

While certain Air Jordan retro models have been prone to the collegiate treatment, the Air Jordan 11 has always avoided that sort of PE touch. Making dreams come true on that front is DeJesus Customs, who crafted this gigantic set of customs to match with all the teams in the Big 10 conference. Not only did he give the shoes the associated colors for each school, but they all also have the logos planted on the ankle area. Take a look at a detailed set of each after the break and let us know which is your favorite of the Air Jordan 11 “Big 10 Conference” customs by Dillon DeJesus.

air jordan 1 howard university Air Jordan 1 Howard University Customs for P. Diddy

Diddy is a doctor. That’s right, the man born Sean Combs picked up an honorary doctorate from Howard University this weekend – that’s the school he dropped out of back in 1990 to focus on the music business. To commemorate the moment, P. Diddy had Relevant Customs whip up these Air Jordan 1s, which feature a colorway made to match with that Washington DC school and some lettering across the back end that has them just a tad reminiscent of the old “Hoyas” Nike Terminator. Continue reading to get the rest of the angles on them and then let us know in the comments what you think of Diddy’s custom sneakers.

This new custom pair of the LeBron 11 is one without a crazy theme or elaborate story. That might come as a let down to some of you, but that approach lets the creators of custom sneakers really flex their ability to create something that could realistically be at retail, rather than a high-concept pair with an insane level of graphics or materials. How do you think Revive Customs did with this one? Tell us down in the comments after you check the rest of the photos for the polygonal looking Nike LeBron 11 “Vector” after the break.

It’s not often you see a customized pair of the Air Yeezy 2, so when one does come across, it’s worth taking notice. This latest sneaker custom adopts the third “Net” colorway from the first Yeezy sneaker, but its more than just a color-swap that makes up this reworked pair of kicks. Maggi Customs rebuilt the upper with a flat leather panel replacing the python panel as well as the signature perforated toe-box returning on this well-executed pair. Should this colorway have released? Maybe it’s one of those unreleased Yeezy samples that never saw the light of day? Check out the gallery below and let us know what you think.
