After we unveiled all the winners from the Jordan Brand #XX8DaysofFlight contest, a number of the recipients made the hard decision of putting them up for sale. We’re not seeing the Air Jordan XVII, which looks especially appealing considering it features the nice luxurious black leather upper that we haven’t seen since the shoe first released 2002. Will Jordan Brand ever move forward with a mass-retro of its Air Jordan models in the post-Air Jordan XIV era? Last year’s scrapping of the Air Jordan XVI Retros was rather disappointing, so let’s hope the same fate isn’t met by the XVII. We’ve got a detailed gallery below so take a look and check out the asking price from jamieaustin23 on eBay.

In 2010 Jordan Brand released a funky pair of Air Jordan 1s called the Air Jordan 1 High J2K which featured a uniquely built upper with some wayward stitching on the upper. Jordan Brand followed that up two years later with another Air Jordan 1 and a duet of the Air Jordan VIIs in Obsidian and Filbert – three tonal colorways that were fairly popular upon the release. This alternate sample of the Air Jordan 1 High J2K has some slight differences from the released version in that the lattice of stitching is square-based with diagonal lines whereas the released version has a triangular tessellation pattern. In addition to the stitching, this sample has an orange chenille swoosh and a blue inner lining. It’s a lot to follow, so check out the photos below as well as a picture of the released version and see the full listing from jesusisbackintown on eBay.

It looks like the crown jewel of the Air Jordan “XX8 Days of Flight” collection has made its way to the secondary market. That’s right, the Instagram user who was lucky enough to win the Air Jordan XI “XX8 Days of Flight” has decided to cash out on his one-of-one pair rather than keep them around. The starting bid is pretty gigantic-understandably so given the price precedent set by the likes of the Air Jordan XI “Blackout”. Continue reading to see a full gallery of photos for the Air Jordan XI “XX8 Days of Flight” in black/electric green and tell us what you think of the auction from louisv20luis on eBay.

This year’s Black History Month collection of footwear releases and PEs by Nike Basketball might’ve been the best we’ve ever seen, because some players continued wearing their pairs long after the appointed month of February was over! The sick graphic on the upper with reflective detailing was the perfect representation of the historical roots of Black History, making these some of the most sought-after kicks of the year. The Nike Hyperdunk 2012 Low never released to the public as only a select number of guards in the Nike Basketball roster wore these, but check out this multi-angle look courtesy of neveaux92 on eBay.

Still need a dose of Area 72? Here’s a nice detailed look at the Nike Hyperdunk 2012 Low “Area 72″ PE that never released to the public; it features the extraterrestrial graphic on the interior lining with the Area 72 emblem on the insole, but an interesting detail on these shoes is the Year of the Dragon logo seen in the 2012 release of the Nike Zoom Hyperdunk 2011 Low “Son of Dragon” Pack that had a bit of a Jeremy Lin tie-in. Definitely an odd combination of the 2012 Chinese Zodiac and the 2013 NBA All-Star Game capsule, so check out the detailed photos below and get your bids in now on this rare size 12 Promo Sample from neveaux92 on eBay.

Some unique materials arrive in this well-arranged Air Jordan 1 Mid release that just recently got unveiled, utilizing a dark grey mesh on the ankle, canvas on the toe-box, and a perforated metallic sheen on the Swoosh. It’s all put together by the grey suede material on the upper for a pretty clean colorway and an overall fresh take on the AJ1 Mid. This new colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Mid is beginning to arrive at retailers around the globe, so check out the additional angles we have after the jump and cop a pair now from empire_sneakers07 on eBay.

Nike has resorted to slapping on the 360 Max Air bag on its 90′s models and “retroing” them as Air Max versions of the original. That concept has yet to catch fire because most of the Maxed-out hybrids we’ve seen were forgettable, but for ACG fans who enjoyed the Nike Air Max Terra Sertig, the upcoming Nike Air Max Minot might tickle your fancy. The Nike Air Minot is an ACG mid-cut model from the mid-late 1990s that had never been re-issued before, but this Holiday 2013 sample that may potentially release later this year will re-introduce this popular model to the masses once again. Check out the full gallery below and stay tuned to Sneaker News for release updates – or check out the listing now from dballaholic on eBay.

Foamposite fans would love for Nike to head to outer space with the shoes once again, but with no immediate plans for a Galaxy Part 2 to go down, we’ll have to settle for other creative customizers to meet the demand. Rocket Boy Nift’s Nike Air Foamposite One “E.T. Foam Home” hits close to home, as he uses the memorable sunset in the forest landscape from Steven Spielberg’s E.T. film on the upper of the shoe and adds a glow-in-the-dark outsole in the process. We’ve got a gallery of photos to look at below, so give them a review and bid on a pair now from niftnif1990 on eBay.
