It’s been overshadowed and outnumbered in recent years by many of its classic Three Striped peers, but the adidas Originals Tobacco appears poised to make a serious comeback, even if only one store will have them.  Following up on earlier adi’s Archive exclusives, British sneaker specialists Size? announce another two suede plus leather makeups for the FW12 season.  Black and especially white pairs have a ‘Tabula Rasa’ look to them, and both will arrive in limited numbers in-store and online this Friday, September 14th.

nike air max light size exclusives Nike Air Max Light Size? Exclusives

Sandwiched between Tinker Hatfield’s 1987 Air Max debut and his ’90 Air Max III (better known ’round these parts as the immortal Air Max 90), it’s easy to see how 1989′s Air Max II might be overlooked.  This model whose name changed to Nike Air Max Light to reflect its improvements over the AM1, is one that we’ve seen in a decent variety of builds from Nike Sportswear in recent years, though they’ve been conspicuously quiet in 2012.  That changes with these new Size?-exclusive colorways, a couple of suede and mesh throwbacks set to release this Friday, August 24th and depicted in additional photos after the jump.  Click through to see which palette better represents this pattern and let us know if you’ll grab one of the 500 pairs per design.

While the Nike Air Max 95 continues to get souped up with everything from Hyperfuse to Flywire to the still nebulous Engineered Mesh, one spot out in the UK is still holding it down for the OG silhouette as strong as they’ve ever been. That spot is JD Sports, who have long been known for their proprietary Air Max colorways, the latest of which a black and red shown here that almost looks like an outtake from the Air Attack Pack from a couple years back what with the one-two blocking and the bits of patent leather. Hit the jump with us for all the angles of the Nike Air Max 95 in black/universal red and grab a pair before they’re done from JD Sports.

Back before every nine-year old had access to the entire library of human knowledge in their pocket, tiny computers were quite the novelty.  Before Nike+ and smartphones, we had Nintendo Game & Watches and tracked our workouts with simple pedometers that look downright archaic by today’s standards.  And all the progress we’ve made over the past few decades only adds to the charm of the adidas Originals Micropacer, a 1984 baby whose tongue-bound LCD tracking unit set the stage for modern performance tracking technology.  Size? locations across the UK will have two exclusive colorways in stock on Friday, August 10th as the latest in their adi’s Archive collection, so click through to see which you like better and stick with Sneaker News for more surprise Olympic sneaker releases.

Nike Air Max 95 – Wolf Grey – Black – Blue Glow

Sneaker News just showed you a ‘London’ pair that featured inspiration from the United Kingdom’s foggy capital city, and now here comes another new Nike Air Max 95 that manages to stay in step with the JD Sports-exclusive signature look while straying pretty far from that LDN design.  This new style combines Wolf Grey, black and Blue Glow for a look that has plenty of balance to go along with the contrast of its accent shades. The tiering on these lends an especially sporty look (particularly from the front), black stripes adding a sense of velocity that, while nowhere near as colorful, hints at the magic behind works like Jeff Koons’ infamous BMW M3.  Click through to see more photos, let us know how they compare to recent releases including the ever-colorful BB editions and grab yours from JD Sports.

Converse CTS Mid UK Exclusive

cons cts mid dark navy angora uk exclusive Converse CTS Mid UK Exclusive

Between the impending arrival of the 4th of July along with the gear up to Olympic season we’re at an all time high for red, white, and blue saturation. This particular UK exclusive Converse actually uses those three pretty sparingly, and pays homage to the place we borrowed them from rather than any flag of our own. The Converse CTS Mid shown dons a dark navy on its upper, with the aforementioned homage coming in the form of a lobster logo on the inside of the tongue dressed up in the Union Jack colors. Click through for a look at this Converse CTS Mid that’s available now exclusively in the UK (did we mention it comes bundled with a matching tee?) at spots like Scene.
