As more and more folks get involved in the whole sneaker collecting scene, it’s only natural that the limited number of deadstock OG Air Jordans out there shrinks. They are still out in the wild though-just take a look at this perfectly preserved Air Jordan VII “Hare”. Not only are the sneakers intact, they also come packaged with a bunch of apparel from that era-a couple of snapbacks, a coaches jacket, and a tanktop featuring the Air Jordan VII graphics. The adidas Originals Phantom will betray its moniker quite a bit this season, as the sneaker is set to don a ton of rather bright colorways that will render it all but unseen. The Phantom, a 1985 design from the adidas team, is sort of the antithesis of all the Jeremy Scott stuff that’s been going on as of late. Rather than remixing the old look with some flamboyant additions, the silo has been kept in tact in what adidas is calling a “one-to-one” reissue (We’ll let you be the final judge of that). See the full breadth of the adidas Originals Phantom stuff for Spring/Summer 2013 below and grab them now straight from adidas.

The NFL Draft will get going next week, and the event will apparently be accompanied by a couple of pristine Nike retro releases. That’s not entirely surprising, as the Swoosh has been pretty serious about flexing their NFL connection ever since they landed the contract. The Nike Air Trainer 1 will be part of the group, dressing up in this clean black leather colorway that comes with just a couple touches of red and green. Continue reading to get an up close and personal look at the Nike Air Trainer 1 “Draft Day”, which releases this Saturday, April 20th.

Reebok Zig fans have more reason to celebrate, as there’s just been another silhouette released sporting those cartoony lines along the bottom. More importantly it sports an extensive carbon fiber treatment along the bottom, one that sort of weaves back and forth along the length of the sole. Meanwhile the upper appears to be a sort of fused, one piece affair, complete with a jumbo hit of the classic Reebok vector logo across the side. The young athletes who hit the floor for the 2013 Jordan Brand Classic were of course blessed with plenty of Jordan Brand gear throughout their stay in NYC, a set that culminated with their on-court Air Jordan XX8s for Saturday’s games. The first two match ups saw a clean black/red/white version of the Air Jordan XX8 hit the floor that had the JBC branding present via the inside of the shroud. Later on for the main event, the National Game, the squads donned two separate versions of the Air Jordan XX8 that both sported a graphical “Fractal Elephant Print” treatment on the shroud. See all the sneaks right after the jump and tell us if you’d purchase any of these pairs in the unlikely event of a retail release.
