Nike Sportswear is rolling into the next decade with a big collection of clean colourways. We don’t see more than four colours on any one of this dozen, and every pair that goes with four uses the black/white combination. In short, these are simple colour schemes that while bright, take a step back from some of the busier releases we saw this year. Nike Air Footscape Preview

Late last month, we brought you a peek at two new Air Footscape colorways set to drop this November, and now we get a better look at those, plus a third colorway that will be joining the group. As we’ve already shown you, there will be a Black Suede pair with touches of Light Grey and Yellow, as well as a Royal Blue mesh edition with Black accents and a White midsole. The third new Air Footscape has a bit of a “Pigeon” look to it, sporting a Light Grey mesh upper with sections of Dark Grey and Hot Red piping around the top of the sock liner. If you’re a fan of the Footscape, be on the lookout for all three to begin hitting select Nike retailers next month. Via SnkrFrkr.

Nike Air Footscape – November 2009 Releases

After making a nice comeback in 2009, it looks like the Air Footscape will be hanging around for awhile thanks to two new colorways that will be dropping later this fall. One new version features a Black suede upper with a Light Grey toe section, further spiced up by a bright Yellow midsole and ankle sock piping. The other upcoming Air Footscape colorway sports a Royal Blue mesh upper with a healthy dose of Black accents and a White midsole. Nike Air Footscape – Flywire – Free Sole

The Nike Air Footscape’s asymmetrical lacing system gives it a futuristic appeal. They pushed the high tech bar higher with this new pair pictured above, which features lightweight Flywire side panels. This edition also has a Free sole that might very well be made of LunarLite foam. The sole is the same shade of bright yellow as the Flywire spines, so a black upper gives the impression of a LIVESTRONG collabo, but no word on that yet. Nike Sportswear – Fall/Holiday 2009 Lookbook

The Nike Sportswear Fall/Holiday ‘09 lookbook has just found its way onto the web, and although there are no real surprises here, it’s still a nice reminder of the strong lineup that’s on the way later this year. As you scroll through, keep an eye out for some pretty fresh kicks on the horizon like the Gucci-inspired Dunk High Supreme Spark designed by Clark Kent, as well as some other Dunk models from the upcoming East vs. West collection. Also on display are a number of Air Max 1 colorways, a couple of Air Max 90 Current Huaraches and a number of nice women’s models. Nike Sportswear LIVESTRONG Installation @ Qubic

This year’s Tour de France is in full swing and with Lance Armstrong currently sitting in third place, his LIVESTRONG foundation is spreading awareness all over the world. As you know, Nike Sportswear’s LIVESTRONG collection has taken many of Nike’s rare and classic models and given them a Black/Yellow LIVESTRONG makeover. To coincide with the ongoing race, Frank Liew and the Qubic crew created a beautiful installation that features the Nike footwear collection with a backdrop featuring a profile map of Stage 20 of the race (Montelimar – Mont Vernoux), which is one of the race’s most arduous stretches and a symbolic reminder of the struggles that Armstrong himself continues to overcome. Some other things of note were a yellow deconstructed bicycle and tools on the wall and also that many of the sneakers were encased in glass along with some history on each. Nike Air Footscape Supreme – Beach – Swan – Haystack

We just saw a new look for the Nike Air Rejuven8: a black pair featuring a leather upper. This new release pictured above takes the design a step further, incorporating design cues from the Rejuven8 in another radical original. The Nike Air Footscape Supreme is always eye-catching, but with the Rejuven8’s lattice-like overlay, these are impossible to ignore. Nike Sportswear balanced this gawk-worthy design with a subtle white and beige palette that looks dope atop a gum rubber sole. You can cop these today from atmos.
