Afew has gotta be one of the best in the game as far as shops cranking out gear that pays homage to your favorite sneaker releases. Coming long after their Nike Sportswear “Legends” tote, the shop has this time come together with Kwills to whip up a tee paying homage to some of the greatest Asics Gel Lyte III colorways of all time. The shirt will be up for grabs at their 2013 Japan Day celebration there in Dussledorf on May 24th, an event accompanied by a BBQ, a showcase of their Top 50 Asics Gel release, and a display of vintage Asics heat. The latest bit of Air Jordan inspired housewares has arrived. The time around it’s a set of shelves modeled after the Air Jordan XI. Mind you, the shelf isn’t based on the overall shape of the sneaker, but rather on the very specific 23 emblem that shows up on that sneaker. The angular numbers unfortunately don’t look to provide a big enough shelf for full sneaker boxes to fit, but it’s still a pretty awesome and subtle addition to anyone’s sneaker room. The crazy Nike LeBron X “MVP” sneakers apparently have some accompanying gear that extends beyond Nike’s typical partnerships. Shown here are the Beats by Dre x Nike LeBron X “MVP” headphones, which sport a crazy graphic design similar to that found on the sneakers. The item, not an official collab by any means, likely won’t make it to retail, so you can go ahead and toss out those thoughts of having to Twitter RSVP to pick up a pair of headphones out the window. There are plenty of noteworthy anniversaries in the sneaker world for 2013. Elsewhere, we see a watchmaker who’s also syonymous with collectibles and collaborations celebrating the thirtieth birthday for its signature wrist piece. The G-SHOCK x Supra partnership brings together two brands unified in their fashion-forward approach to crafting durable goods for demanding lifestyles. The crown brand revisits a 2010 theme with a ‘Red Carpet’ Supra Vaider Lite with red hits and 20:13 clock details. Supra in turn contributes a matching red accented matte black G-Shock with Cordura replacing the traditional resin band. This ‘It’s About Time’ capsule hits retailers next Saturday, May 11th, and you can see a bunch more photos after the jump.

These days everyone is a sneaker collector. Your little brother is always bugging you about helping you out with Twitter RSVP and your grandma isn’t sure whether or not she wants to sell her Corks now or wait to see if the price climbs a little bit more on the secondary market. One of the things that still sets dedicated Nike heads aside a little bit is garment hoarding. How many classic Swoosh graphic tees do you have tucked away? Touching on their design history with respect to shirts, this new piece from Nike Basketball Inside Access zooms in on designer Jack Aguirre and even gives a behind the scenes look at the recent “Superhero” tees designed to go with the Nike Zoom Hyperflight series of the same name.
