Jason Kidd just sliced his former team’s throat with a dagger of a three-pointer to put the Knicks up for good against Brooklyn’s new Nets. What better time to take a retrospective look at this Hall of Fame career, especially when one of these new Nike Air Zoom Flight 95 J Kidd PEs takes its colors from the New Jersey squad he led to the Finals in back to back seasons. 2012 ends with a 1995 signature release taking on now defunct team colors from the early ’00s as one-quarter of the Jason Kidd Career Pack, and you’ll find them available now at House of Hoops.

House of Hoops has grown along with the sneakerhead scene and today we have word that a couple old favorites have come back with another exclusive pack. The Nike Air More Uptempo and Air Force 180 were focuses of the summer’s Olympic Volt and Dream Team packs, but these new styles apply the timing theme to a much shorter scale. The ‘Dawn to Dusk‘ pack gives us the AF180 as a crisp morning with a curious tessellated midsole and just a hint of sun peeking over the horizon, while new material techinques allow a ‘Dawn’ More Uptempo to look as only a brilliant customizer could have made them back in ’96. Sneaker restocks are relatively rare and accordingly, the stuff of which the best stories are made. It’s not all that common that you can get your hands on Air Jordan heat months after you missed the release date, and House of Hoops has you covered just in time for that last-minute back to school push. Three of this year’s Air Jordan Retros will be available when malls around the country open their doors this morning, with a more exclusive list adding a fourth in the ‘Olympic’ Air Jordan VI. With a heavy-hitting Air Jordan Retro release arriving almost every weekend, the Summer 2012 Jordan Retro product roll-out might’ve been too much for some to handle. If your bankroll has recovered from the spending spree and you’d like to get your hands on some of the recent Retro releases, Foot Locker House of Hoops is planning a nice re-stock of the Air Jordan XII ‘Cool Grey’, Air Jordan XII ‘Obsidian’, Air Jordan IV ‘Military’, and even the Air Jordan VI ‘Olympic’ this Friday, August 17th. What if Scottie Pippen had actually suited up for the Seattle Supersonics? And what if Chris Webber had actually made the trip out to Orlando? Sneaker News already hit you with the most thorough list of Air Yeezy 2 release spots, but it just got a bit longer now that select Foot Locker House of Hoops locations will release the Air Yeezy 2 as well. No campouts, no release day mayhem (we still remember what happened during All-Star Weekend), but instead a simple online entry form (live now) with the lucky recipients being notified on Friday, June 8th. Winners will be able to purchase the shoes in-store ONLY on Saturday. We’ll list the four House of Hoops locations, but head to Foot Locker Unlocked for complete entry rules.
