Has any sneaker ever enjoyed a more impressive anniversary year than the Air Force 1 in its 30th? Scratch that — has any individual sneaker ever had a bigger single year than the AF1 in 2012? Only recent Kobe and LeBron signatures can rival the sheer number of both overall and premium releases, and while those performance marvels are also just as collectible as the Uptown catalog, the AF1 displays versatility beyond the wildest dreams of most modern Nike Basketball builds. And while this latest Nike Air Force 1 High isn’t a boot, Hyperfuse or Foamposite hybrid, a member of the XXX capsule or a Year of the Dragon drop, its cool mix of greys and royal along with optional green laces make for a can’t miss at JD Sports.

Though it proved to be a perfect setting for the recently concluded Games of the XXX Olympiad, London is known to be a fairly ‘grey’ town, prone to extended bouts of rain and fog. Exclusive to one of the United Kingdom’s best retailers, this new Nike Air Max 90 hints at how tough it can be surviving the conditions with a rubberized mudguard and no-nonsense black-on-black colorup. The adidas Originals line might be turning the most heads at the moment with the products from constant collaborator Jeremy Scott, but keep in mind that that umbrella designation also reigns in some no-nonsense classic runners from the Tre Foil lineage as well. So if you’re a purist then you can ignore all those wings, bells, and whistles and stick with the likes of the ZX series of runners. The latest in that vein to be spotted is this adidas Originals ZX 750, a pair taking on a pretty sparse black and white combo that gets spruced up the tiniest amount by the silver and yellow bits on the upper. Continue reading for all the angles and grab this adidas Originals ZX 750 right now only at JD Sports.

A huge part of the Nike Air Force 1‘s sustained success is the immense variety of styles we’ve seen over the years. Each element and the shoe as a whole is capable of such extreme customization, sometimes all it takes is just a single element to set off a new design. Take for instance the Swooshes that run from heel badge through the mid panel on the Air Force 1 Low; we’ve seen them done countless times in the ‘standard’ stitched-on configuration, some with perforated outlines or double-layered Swooshes. This latest pair derives its novelty from the contrast of a black nubuck upper and vibrant blue accents (very ‘Send Help’) including an embroidered Swoosh the likes of which we’ve not seen aside from last year’s ‘Denim’ Premiums (and those had more of a herringbone stitch). Click through to see up-close and personal how this element defines the design and grab yours from the only store that carries this style: JD Sports.

Last week, Sneaker News showed you a new JD Sports-exclusive Air Max 95 that managed to blend the store’s penchant for blue gradients with a theme celebrating its location (a city that just so happens to be the site of the 2012 Olympic Games). Now we see a similar theme applied to one of the Ninety-Five’s predecessors, and though this one also has a certain ‘signature’ look about it, it’s not entirely of JD’s creation. The Nike Air Max 90 ‘London’ features the same Underground outsoles as the 95s, but an Infrared-style colorup (albeit with a slightly ‘truer’ shade of red) has been an icon for over two decades. It’s interesting to see that time-tested look paired with the icey outsole, so have a closer look after the jump and grab yours from JD Sports.

Sneaker News just showed you a ‘London’ pair that featured inspiration from the United Kingdom’s foggy capital city, and now here comes another new Nike Air Max 95 that manages to stay in step with the JD Sports-exclusive signature look while straying pretty far from that LDN design. This new style combines Wolf Grey, black and Blue Glow for a look that has plenty of balance to go along with the contrast of its accent shades. The tiering on these lends an especially sporty look (particularly from the front), black stripes adding a sense of velocity that, while nowhere near as colorful, hints at the magic behind works like Jeff Koons’ infamous BMW M3. Click through to see more photos, let us know how they compare to recent releases including the ever-colorful BB editions and grab yours from JD Sports.
