Reebok Ventilator “Grape”

August 15th, 2014 by | 1 comment

reebok ventilator grape 01 Reebok Ventilator Grape

The Reebok Ventilator’s role continues to grow for Reebok Classics, as the retro runner has stepped up to fill any void that silhouettes like the Insta Pump Fury and Reebok Classic Leather couldn’t fill. After all, the silhouette is one simplistic enough to be a go-to for everyday wear and sports signature comfort thanks to the Vector Brand’s championed Hexalite. After a few tonal pairs set up for Fall 2014, we get a look at a 90s staple colorway in this Grape look, one that comes with the normal array of  interlocking teals and purples that should bring some nostalgia for the days before the year 2000. Continue onward for more images and grab this pair today via Politics.

Nike Air Flight Huarache “White Ice”

nike air flight huarache white ice 01 Nike Air Flight Huarache White Ice

Fresh off the OG installment returning to store shelves last week, the Nike Air Flight Huarache looks to just be getting things started. We’ve seen that “Love/Hate” variety – one that stands out from the collective thanks to ditching the all red aesthetic for a more toned down look, but we doubt anything could be as simplistic as this latest pair in all white. So technically it isn’t all white thanks to a few miniature hints of grey, and the outsole even gets an icy translucence, but the pair manages to highlight the legendary construction of the Huarache high top quite well. Now if we could only get a US release of the all white Nike Air Huaraches, we’d be set. Stick with us after the click for a full view of the latest Nike Huarache and stay tuned for more updates.

New Balance and baseball have never been a synonymous duo as much as they have rarely been mentioned in the same sentence, but their Pennant Collection – one that takes inspiration from vintage heather-constructed baseball jerseys – has been a welcomed addition to their summer lineup. We’ve seen the “Boston” New Balance 574 that nodded at the Red Sox, and a possible Yankees pair, but this grey and teal NB574 isn’t as concrete. It could nod at the 90s era Marlins or even the Griffey-era Seattle Mariners thanks to a cool grey base and the bright teal shade lighting up in accents. See below for more images and grab this New Balance 574 today from select spots like WishATL.

The New Balance 1500 will likely always get a little bit more love in the UK than over here in the States. New Balance in general of course enjoys a better standing across the pond, but the Brits seem to hold a special kind of reverence for the 1500 as it’s a Flimby model and all. Again coming straight out of that factory is this new pair, which mixes up the materials a little bit by placing some ripstop down on the toe. Get a better look at them below and import them from Caliroots if you don’t want to wait for the US drop.
