Supra calls this latest design a polka dot, and while that’s not entirely inaccurate, it does leave you to look more carefully for more details. This newest Supra Skytop reads like a witch house festival lineup, its upper completely covered in triangles and plus signs. The black upper gives way to white symbols and red accents, and you’ll see them in greater detail after the jump. The Nike Kobe 8 has been a bit of a late bloomer, with some of the most excited colorways coming out after Kobe’s season came to a close. Examples include the forthcoming “Mambacurial” version and this, a Nike Kobe 8 that’s been linked about with a “Venice Beach” nickname in some circles thanks to its crazy colorful upper. The New Balance 890v3 has released in no shortage of neck-breaking colorways since debuting last year. This 9oz REVlite-cushioned third revision to the NB890 comes forward today with a style that from the second you see it, you’re likely to think ‘South Beach’. There’s more overlap with the Nike LeBron series as the midsole takes on a faceted, jewel-like graphic, but a quick glance at the heel or insole reveals these are in fact the ‘Tokyo’ 890s. Converse has released a variety of camouflage Chuck Taylors over the past year plus, styles ranging from general releases to Far East exclusive collaborations. Even the cartoon band Gorillaz used a camo print for one of their Converse Chuck Taylor All Star collabs, and on this latest drop, we see a hint of another famed primate. These Olive Branch All Stars have a bulbous concealment pattern reminiscent of A Bathing Ape, and they’re considerably more affordable than the camo Ape Sta that hit last month. The current crown as far as laid back NSW sneaks definitely belongs to the Nike Roshe Run, but we can certainly respect the other models giving it a go. One of them is the Nike Solarsoft Moccasin Woven, a pair which shares the insole padding with the aforementioned Roshe. One positive side effect of being a sneakerhead is learning about global cultures through various themes applied to new releases. This latest Reebok Insta Pump Fury is a perfect example, and it is timed just right with a US release right between Mother’s and Father’s Days.
