Is this the “Summit Lake Hornets” edition that everyone’s been waiting for on the current series of LeBron James signature sneakers? The Nike LeBron X Low doesn’t dedicate any space across its surface to reference a theme, so the truth of it is that we may never know. The shoes do use a bit of the teal from that AAU team’s equation, although metallic silver the most prominent of colors across the design. Check out some extra angles on the Nike LeBron X Low “Hornets” below and tell us if you think it’s one of the better Lows from this year’s LeBron.

This year’s “What the LeBron” edition was one that actually came to retail, albeit via super limited numbers, as the Nike LeBron X “MVP”. And since they were so very very limited, we wouldn’t at all be surprised to see folks rushing to recreate them with the help of some custom creators. JP Custom Kicks for example has gone ahead and whipped up a Nike LeBron X “What the LeBron”, a shoe shown here that picks up pointers from the “Christmas”, “Pure Platinum”, “BHM”, and more. The gap between the Nike LeBron X “Cork” and the other EXT-styled pairs has been quite a big one. While you’re waiting for the likes of the Nike LeBron X “Denim” and its brethren to follow it up, have a look at this crazy sample version of the shoe. The midsole gets a switchup via the red crackle that’s in place, the brown leather tongue is replaced with some red mesh business, and the side Swoosh is given a bit more pop via some further red treatment. Continue reading to see the alternate Nike LeBron X “Denim” version and let us know if they top the forthcoming retail release.

District Customs has served up another colorful Nike LeBron creation, this time sizing things up from the Nike LeBron 9 Low to the Nike LeBron 9 proper. The popular “What The” theme is remixed on this pair, this time expressed as “What the 90s”, meant as a callout to the wild patterns and graphics that characterized so many sneakers and apparel pieces during that decade. Continue reading for the full shots of the Nike LeBron 9 “What the 90s” by District Customs, a one of one piece created for his significant other, and tell us in the comments if they’ve got you feeling nostalgic.

The Nike LeBron X “MVP” was a sneaker that just barely had a retail release. What we mean by that is that the shoes released only in a handful of spots across the US, with each of the retailers carrying them going the raffle route for purchase. And now the inevitable has happened-people want to share their pair via online avenues. So while you might not agree with the general act of reselling, at least it gives us another look at these super rare shoes. Continue reading to check out the Nike LeBron X “What the MVP” and then get a look at the price from shopperbuyandsell on eBay.

The Nike LeBron X Low is looking to go back to back, releasing its second colorway in as many weekends tomorrow. The colorway is a black and total crimson affair, one which ends up as probably the darkest yet for this low-cut King James sing. Yes it’s got total crimson so it’s not a totally lights out sneaker, but let’s keep in mind that the other pairs it’s pitted against in that realm are the minty “Easter” and last weekends purple/blue look. Get more angles on the Nike LeBron X Low in black/total crimson below and grab yours a little early from retro_kickz on eBay.

While we’re always happy to see athletes of the WNBA outfitted with their own player exclusives, you have to imagine that this Diana Taurasi version of the Nike LeBron X might have just a little bit sweeter if they’d switch out LeBron’s number on the back end for something a bit more personal. The colorway is definitely a personal one though, as the palette connects to Tauarasi’s longtime WNBA home with the Phoenix Mercury. See more after the jump and then check out the rare chance to own a pair from ronimo1989 on eBay.
