A final recap of the week brings some new headlines, as some of the NBA’s biggest stars bring forth some great PEs over the last two nights. Monta Ellis countered with the Air Jordan VII “Hare” in a losing effort. Russell Westbrook brought out the Air Jordan XX8 “White/Black” PE, and KD did his own thing with the “Playoffs Home” colorway of the KD V Elite. The Nike LeBron X Low in violet force/volt will release on May 25th, 2013. The sneaker is one that’s been straddling the line as far as the “Sprite” nickname is concerned. It does the volt part of the equation, but the main tone utilized is a purple one, suggesting that these have more of a “Summit Lake Hornets” theme going on. Unfortunately there’s no badge to indicate a clear connection as on the high version of the Nike LeBron X. The Nike LeBron X Elite in Sport Turquoise/Volt-Violet Force will release on May 25th, 2013. Leo Chang spent a few moments talking about this colorway in particular, nothing that it has some Miami inspiration behind the colorway, with the predominant Turquoise lending to the neon/tropical scenes down in South Beach. LeBron actually picked this colorway to debut the model before the Playoffs started, and since then, the attraction around this show has been steadily increasing. Keep your calendars marked for May 25th and let us know if these are a must-have for you.

Over the five games that were scheduled over the last two nights, a nice selection of sneakers were spotted on feet. The Nike KD V Elite was a popular one, with Jarrett Jack wearing the “Superhero” and J.R. Smith rocking the “EYBL” PE colorway. LeBron James wore a PE colorway of the Nike LeBron X Elite, teammate Dwyane Wade wore a White/Black/Red colorway of the Li-Ning Way of Wade, and opponent Monta Ellis went with the Air Jordan V “3M” from the Raging Bull Pack. Nate Robinson switched back to the Air Jordan XIII “Playoffs” for a bounce-back win against the Nets – maybe he’ll stick with those when the series moves back to Chicago. More NBA Feet below, so check it out and stay tuned for another recap on Friday.
