Many of you are looking forward to the Air Jordan IV ‘Military’ that is set for a release in June, and like Jordan Brand always does, a set of non-Retro sneakers in a similar theme will also drop. Count on this ‘Military Blue’ colorway of the Air Jordan Retro V.1 to hit sometime soon, but don’t confuse it with the patent-leather version that is dropping on February 24th; both share a similar profile, but these do in fact have a slightly different shade of blue and feature suede, not patent leather. We’ve got some additional angles below so take a look and let us know what you think.

Nike WMNS Delta Lite Mid Premium

Even while Nike Sportswear continues to excavate the Beaverton vaults for new-to-you classics, we’ve seen one of the more easily identifyable ’80s basketball silhouettes slip into the ether. The Delta Force just hasn’t been the same since it was nixed by Nike SB, and while we got a flurry of activity during the summer a couple years back, the recent duo of autoclaved updates were the first we’d seen in nearly two years. So now NSW’s going for a(nother) different approach with these familiar lines, something akin to the Air Feather High and Air Force 1 Low Light on this new Nike WMNS Delta Lite Mid Premium silo. These two pairs prove that this is a model ripe for seasonal and thematic additions; just click through to peep the fur-lined Obsidian pair for proof. adidas Y-3 Black Savage

When you think of non-traditional enclosures, examples like the Footscape’s asymmetrical lacing system, the Reebok Insta Pump Fury and Puma Disc Blaze are probably right at the top of the list. But none of those can hold a candle to the latest release from ever-innovative Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto‘s long-running collaboration with adidas, the Y-3 Black Savage hightop. Sporting a Tricolore sole with more teeth than your average hacksaw, this shelltoed boot-inspired design utilizes an elastic cord lockdown system like the one Yamamoto used on the Y-3 Sneak, another model we expect as part of the spring/summer 2012 collection. CLOT x Nike Tennis Classic Museum AC TZ – New Images

In describing the CLOT x Nike Tennis Classic Suede that’s set to release, we noted that while they’re not built in the same style as their spectacular 1World Air Force 1 Lows, there is indeed a ‘Museum’ version that seems to have multiple possible appearances. How this glossy look appears to you will depend strongly upon the lighting where its seen, but even more so upon the extent to which they’ve been hand crafted. You see, one in five pairs of the Tennis Classic AC TZ ‘Museum’ will be hand-finished and individually by CLOT, but it looks like they’ll only be available at Hong Kong’s Juice on the February 22nd release date. Nike WMNS Hachi – Black Denim – Lavender

A trio of tablecloth-like gingham ladies colorways popped up during last year’s dog days, but we haven’t seen any since from Nike Sportswear’s new-for-2011 lifestyle design. The Nike WMNS Hachi will return soon in a makeup that’s unique to the model so far including men’s releases, a heathered black denim-ish twill whose soft grey flecks are echoed by the foxing band and taken to another level by the soft purple laces, heel stripe and outsole. Whether we’ll see these replicated on a different palette remains to be seen, but this particular pair should be out before the end of the spring season, and you can see more up-close images after clicking the jump below. via TTB.

Basquiat x Reebok by Swizz Beatz Spring/Summer 2012 Collection

If you can’t make bank off distributing other artists’ digital works, why not take a step back and utilize their signature styles for a physical product? Of course, that’s not exactly it went down for Swizz Beatz with MegaUpload, but there is indeed a connection between the DOJ’s post-SOPA takedowns and the Reebok Affili’art Collection. It wasn’t even a week ago that Neil Young was quoted as equating internet distribution with radio, and that kind of broader access to art is exactly what the Jean-Michel Basquiat x Reebok Pump Omni Lite and the rest of the posthumous collabo do for The Radiant Child’s notable works. There are two Omnis (three including the ‘Undiscovered Genius’ joints we showed you last week), one Top Down and a new Freestyle for ladies that make up the spring/summer 2012 set, and you can see all of them in more images after the jump before you grab them from select RBK retailers. via Provider
