We got a look at these all the way back in January, but haven’t seen anything since. BMX star Nigel Sylvester put a popular twist on the Nike 6.0 Mavrk lowtop: a premium Lakers-like colourway. If you squint, these look a little like the Zoom Kobe IVs that have quilted stitching around the ankles, especially because of the faux-lizard toebox. A closer look reveals a vulcanized rubber sole that should be perfect for biking and skating. These should be available at Nike 6.0 retailers like Dan’s Comp next week. via Rad Collector

WMNS Nike Dunk High 6.0 – Black – Midwest Gold

When Nike announced that they would be creating a 6.0 division to provide gear for the extreme sports world, many Nike fans thought it would simply produce the “poor man’s SB’s.” But more recently, Nike 6.0 has been pushing out some designs that have forced certain nay-sayers to eat their words. This women’s Dunk High is no exception. The black upper gets some highlights with a woodgrain effect on the toebox and heel straps in neon pink and gold. The colors are accentuated even more with contrast stitching and sole in the same corresponding colors. Ladies are sure to eat these up. Available now Extra Butter.

With so much news and previews we come across throughout online sources, it’s sometimes easy to forget that Nike drops some serious heat for the ladies as well. Nike 6.0 has been gaining some momentum over the past season or so, and from the looks of some upcoming stuff, it doesn’t look like they’re stopping anytime soon. This Dunk High sports colors any girl would love to match with, upon leather and suede. More noticeable is the unique graphic pattern on the mid panel and heel. Equipped with a translucent sole, these are ready rock. Ladies can grab a pair, or have their men cop ‘em for them, at Extra Butter.

Nike 6.0 has pushed itself toward serious consideration from sneakerheads with a few collaborations this year. Already graced by a Stinkween design, the Nike 6.0 Braata is back in this Prom Pack release from the minds at Aquafrolics. They’re celebrating the premiere of their new movie Wakeskate so they dressed this one up like a piano and/or tuxedo. They come in a flower box and with a wacky Nike 6.0 tuxedo tee shirt. Nike 6.0 StinkWeen Braata – Detail Photos

California’s Madsteez and local artist Evan “Stink” Rossell have teamed up for this groundbreaking project for Nike 6.0. The Braata is based on the character Stinkween- a fusion of Madsteez’s Weeneze and Rossell’s Stink alter-ego that was conceived specifically for this collaboration. ”StinkWeen represents both me and Stink, much like a Dr. Jeckel and Mr. Hyde relationship,” says Deren.

Aside the vibrant colors and glowing features, the Braata has some structurally innovative design. Built with Nike Free Technology for maximum comfort and board feel, as well as a cold-wrap construction to reduce environmental impact. In tune with the split personality of Stinkween, the Braata’s will be released in two colorways- green for man, and purple for women.

In conjunction with the sneaker release, very limited quantities will come with a Madsteez Braata Wallet, produced by Poketo, an art driven brand also from California. The wallet will don similar branding of the Stinkween character.

Be on the lookout for these on July 24th select Nike 6.0 retailers like the Motel NoTell and Jacks.

Nike 6.0 Braata ‘Stinkween’ – Glow in the Dark

Nike 6.0 has definitely stepped their game up of late. Their latest collaborative effort is one of the strongest efforts in the line’s relatively short history. Featuring designs from artist Mad Steez and his protegé Sinkween, the Nike 6.0 Braata ‘Stinkween’ looks like it was made for Hallo-ween. These joints have a green upper with purple accents and some Where the Wild Things Are-like monsters on the highly detailed outsoles. The laces and monster teeth on the tongue glow in the dark, nicely completing the scary theme. You can pre-order these today from Jack’s Surfboards.

Nike Zoom Oncore High – Green – Black – Yellow

Even though Nike SB gets most of the glory, the Nike 6.0 line also produces from pretty fresh skate models. If the Zoom Oncore High had an SB tag on it, it would probably be a more popular style, but put that aside for a second and appreciate the interesting design of the shoe. The Zoom Oncore High is seen here in one of its boldest colorways yet. The shoe sports a multi-colored upper with sections of light green snakeskin and yellow and black leather and suede. The shoe also sports some touches of aqua on the outsole, heel and the contrast stitching of the upper.
