The Vince Lombardi Trophy and the bright lights of NYC are the muses for the new “Silver Speed” collection from Nike that ties into Super Bowl XLVIII. Assuring that anyone headed to the East Coast for that monumental game will have proper footwear at their disposal is the Nike Lunar Terra Arktos silhouette done up with that motif. The Nike ACG design is the brain child of one Nate VanHook and has been turning heads ever since its debut late in 2013. Nike ACG Air Alder Low – Grey – Black – Red

The Nike ACG Air Alder has proven to be a strong introduction from All Conditions Gear in both the mid and lowtop silhouettes.  Here we have a first look at a new upcoming Air Alder Low, which is covered mostly in tonal greys and black.  The addition of red and orange accents connects these with the rich legacy of ACG exuberance without taking them over the top (your choice of LunarTerra Arktos colorways this season would fit that bill quite nicely).  You can see a few more angles on these after the jump and be sure to check back with us to find out when they hit stores.

Nike ACG Lunar Incognito – Black – Purple – Orange

It might not have been immediately apparent upon first viewing the midtop edition or the first lowtop colorway, but this new reveal makes it clear that the Nike ACG Lunar Incognito is something of an heir to the Air Mowabb legacy.  Here in a new colorway that verges on that legendary trail shoe’s signature palette, the Lunar Incognito’s bootie based construction can be seen as the Mowabb’s (latest) spiritual successor.  Dynamic Flywire is an exoskeletal answer to the Mowabb’s Huarache heel reinforcement, LunarLon takes the place of the venerable Air cushion and TrailFrame supports an aggressive traction pattern, all details you’ll see in more photos after the jump.  Does the Lunar Incognito deserve to be mentioned among the all-time All Conditions Gear releases?  We’ll have a much better idea once they hit stores, so stick with Sneaker News for release info.

We saw the higher cut version for the first time a couple of weeks back, and now a lower look at All Conditions Gear’s latest use of LunarLon.  The Nike ACG Lunar Incognito makes an equally strong impression as the midtop, with a bold multicolor design drawing the eye to what figures to be one of the more technical ACG uppers to date.  The bootie design is locked down to the trail-ready sole by way of Dynamic Flywire eyelets, and you’ll want to keep it glued to Sneaker News to find out when these hit US Nike Sportswear retailers.

Nike ACG Air Alder Mid – New Slate – Light Bone

nike acg air alder mid slate bone 01 Nike ACG Air Alder Mid New Slate Light Bone
Nike All Conditions Gear’s output over the past few years has been so varied, they might have already surpassed the previous two decades combined.  One example of a new introduction is the Nike ACG Air Alder Mid, a trail-ready boot whose traditional suede and nylon construction has a bit of the cutting edge in the form of precision cut vents on the side panels that often reveal color contrasts.  In this case, there’s a bit of sunny yellow peeking out from a navy upper, which along with orange laces and heel loop, reminds us that even during the darkness of winter, sunny times are never too far away.  Check out more angles after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for US release info.
