Nike Air Approach 2012 – Dark Khaki – Seaweed

Overshadowed by the Air Magma and Lava Dome, Nike’s Air Approach is one of the Swoosh’s more underrated proto-ACG styles. The Nike Air Approach 2012 looks to change that perception as they’re treated to a taller silhouette and medial zippering atop a brand new sole setup common to the aforementioned classics’ updates, which combines a traditional lug sole with Nike’s classic waffle cushioning. This Dark Khaki and Seaweed Quickstrike debut blends suede and ripstop nylon for a rugged, earthy vibe made all the more eye-catching thanks to some of the best multicolored laces we’ve seen all year, and they’re available now at select Nike Sportswear stores like End.

Can you imagine a future where Nike’s snowboarding boots occupy the casual realm in the same way their other action sports offerings do? They might bit just a bit too bulky to ever get there, but that’s not to say that they don’t have the sort of slick releases to gain the attention of the sneakerhead crowd. Proving that once again is the new Nike Snowboarding Zoom Ites Boot, a pair whose debut colorway borrows the immortal ‘Ultramarine’ Nike Air 180. Click through for the first photos and look out for these and an additional black/yellow colorway on Nikestore.

The Nike Air Max Terra Sertig isn’t exactly a blend-in type of shoe, the pair slapping an Air Max kit on the bottom of the ACG classic the Nike Zoom Terra Sertig. But if you are gonna try to blend in with any one pair then this might as well be it, a rather simple black and anthracite blocking that sort of turns a blind eye to the more pastel traditions of All Conditions Gear heritage.
