Ever since the Powerlines sequel was unveiled late last year, we’ve seen a convergence in the Nike Sportswear casual running category. Notable followers in the vein of the Nike Free Powerlines+ II include the Free 5.0 EXTs and Lunar Prestos, and even the smash hit Roshe Run is taking on the Dynamic Flywire look. But it’s been a good while since the last Powerlines 2 hit, so these three new colorways offer a reminder that this is a model we should expect to continue satisfying throughout 2013. Check out the subtle binary blocking method applied to this latest trio in more photos below, then grab yours straight from NikeStore.

In one sense, the Nike Free Advantage is self-evident in its barefoot-mimicking grooved construction. Taken another way, this phrase describes the latest ladies lowtop from Nike Training, a style that should be right at home as a counterpart to the ever popular TR Fit series. This new Hope Solo and Perri Shakes-Drayton co-signed silo utilizes a Free 3.0 sole and a heavily ventilated upper to give you the maximum performance from minimalist footwear, and you can see two new colorways up close after the jump below.

Nike Sportswear continues to bridge the gap between modernity and the golden era of sneakers with more suede and mesh styles for one of today’s instant classics. The Nike Free Run+ 2 EXT still has plenty more to offer, as evidenced by this new style blending a Desert Sand base layer with Smoke ‘ligaments’, a black suede overlay and Electric Orange on the sole. This combination of blocking and materials is a new one even for this model bordering on innumerable colorways, so you’ll want to have a closer look after the jump below, then pre-order in advance of the May shipment from End.

A true instant classic with a huge number of colorways now in its third year keeps on rolling as the latest Nike Free Run+ 2 for women gives us another metallic treatment on the anatomically-inspired overlay. This time it’s Metallic Gold, and the underlying ‘ligament’ structure takes on Bright Citrus for a style that builds on the promise of the February black/Rave Pink release with more colors and the introduction of a canvas base layer. Just goes to show that the Free Run 2 has plenty more to give, and you can see more of this summery mix below, then pre-order before they arrive in May at Titolo.

Multi-colored knit uppers (see: Flyknit One+ “Multi-Color”) have been a nice departure from the tonal colorways that have become a standard of footwear rotations, and after the all-black Nike Free Woven NRG dropped late last year, we’re getting a look at the first of many rainbow-effect colorways that are headed for stock-lists soon. This new colorway mixes in a nice Spring/Summer combo of greens, blues, pinks, and khaki, which fits in quite well with the recently passed Easter holiday. May is the target date for spots like Hanon, so pre-order there now and enjoy the photos below.

Earlier this year Nike surprised us with a sweet Camo colorway of the new Nike Free Trainer 3.0 made for Clay Matthews. It seems that the new Free-based model will be used as part of a string of NFL athlete-inspired colorways as we get a look at another pair made for another Nike-branded star in Chris Johnson. This particular edition features a nice Tennessee Titans colorway with CJ’s legendary 4.24 40-yard-dash speed showcased on the heel and insoles – although it’s no clear if wearing these will give you that kind of speed! These special editions are available now at retailers like Eastbay so check out the additional angles below and stay tuned for more potential NFL colorways of this great model.
