The LunarGlide+ 5 looks like it’s headed to retail soon. It’s been a bit longer than we’d expect given the annual product cycles that preceded it, but that’s no problem at all when you’ve got a model like the reigning Runner’s World Best Update, Nike LunarGlide+ 4 out there. This new Violet Force and Bright Citrus ladies LunarGlide 4 reminds us there’s still a ton of gas in the tank on this one (and hopefully more EXT styles into the future). Check them out up close below, then grab yours at Caliroots.

Squadron Blue and Sport Turquoise have proven a formidable pairing in early 2013. We’ve seen these two blue shades compliment one another on several releases so far this year, notable examples including the Roshe Run, Free 5.0 EXT and Air Force 1 Low. Now comes another AF1 silo, but this time it’s the Nike Lunar Force 1 Mid that applies the two blues in question in a gradient along the swooping midsole. This effect lends plenty of energy from the Pure Platinum upper, so you’ll want to see these from more angles below as we approach the Saturday, May 4th arrival at select Nike Sportswear stores.

With a majority of Nike Running releases utilizing some combination of Dynamic Flywire and/or Engineered Mesh, this model pictured above stands out with its Hyperfuse construction. The Nike WMNS Lunarspeed offers a different approach on the LunarLon-based platform upon which just about every runner other than the Air Max flagship is built upon these days. This Sport Turquoise edition demonstrates how the Fuse upper works so well with these tonal layering applications, and finds itself perfectly in alignment with arguably the quintessential 2013 colorway. You’ll see more photos after the jump, then grab a pair from retailers like Concepts.

The Nike Lunar Chenchukka is all about lines. The most familiar of these are the swooping curves of LunarLon as we’ve come to appreciate on so many different styles over the past few years. Then there’s the tensile strength from Dynamic Flywire, a more recent reintroduction. In between is the Chenchukka’s signature element, the slatted LunarGlide+ 4-like perforations, as arranged into a oscilloscopic wave. This colorway masters the muted grey/brown combo by adding orange to the DF and laces plus a soft mint sockliner, so click through for more images of this pair set to Quickstrike at select Asian NSW retailers this Saturday, April 25th.
