Nike Blazer Mid Premium Vintage “Quilt” – Release Date

October 27th, 2014 by | No comments

nike blazer mid quilted release date 4 Nike Blazer Mid Premium Vintage Quilt Release Date

The Nike Blazer Mid Premium Vintage “Quilt” is set to release on November 20th, 2014. For all intents and purposes, over the years the Nike Blazer Mid has been a pretty minimal shoe. In fact, many of its vintage iterations track back to the elder days of the Nike brand, and silhouettes that are about as simplistic as they come. But over the years as the style has grown more popular, its been the canvas for a wide range of creative collaborations as well as inline releases with much more sartorially advanced design cues. The “Quilt” rendition persists in that vein, inspired by mismatching patterns found in men’s dress shirts. Stripes, solids and polka dots don the patchwork enthused base in a range of blue tones, and as with tradition, a white vulcanized rubber outsole rest beneath. Check out the looks below and let us know if you plan to pick up this quilted classic when it drops at Nike.com.

hiroshi fujiwara previews air jordan 1 fragment design 01 Hiroshi Fujiwara Previews Upcoming Air Jordan and Nike Collaborations

When frequent Nike collaborator Hiroshi Fujiwara and his fragment design imprint hook up with the Swoosh, we’re always in for something truly special, and today’s look at three upcoming designs is no exception. Of course, the Air Jordan 1 is going to turn the most heads given that this is the first time that Fujiwara was able to work his magic on an Air Jordan retro. The combination of royal blue and black is sure to bring back memories of the classic “Royal” pair while the color blocking is enough to shine a light on the “Black Toe” aesthetic. There’s still no release date announcement on that pair or the fragment design x Nike Sock Dart, but we do have a concrete date for the fragment design x Nike LD 1000 (November 6th). As always, we have a better depiction of the event after the break and be sure to let us know if you’re excited about the prospect of an upcoming fragment design x Air Jordan 1 in the comments section.

Nike Blazer Mid – Red Suede – White

nike blazer mid red suede white 01 Nike Blazer Mid Red Suede White

Nike has been very aggressive with new iterations of the classic Blazer Mid. Exploring varied prints as exhibited with the “Safari Collection,” while those are great, nothing beats a simplistic colorway over a clean rubber outer. Nike offers that in spades with the latest red suede rendition. Perfect for pairing with a wool overcoat, trench coat, selvedge denim or even chinos, the vintage treated suede upper in red is offset by contrasting white Swoosh branding and a matching heel counter. Certainly nothing groundbreaking in terms of coloring or material usage, but that’s also the reason this pair is so great. Take a look below and make sure you stay tuned to Sneaker News for more info on a wide assortment of Nike Blazers.

Supreme collaborations aside, the shoe is still kicking after all of these years even after getting an updated lunarlon treatment for the modern ages. This isn’t in the realm of the white on white lexicon but with a subtle white upper with shades of black hitting all the right notes throughout, this Nike Air Force 1 Low is the perfect staple in anyone’s wardrobe as we transition from Fall into the early months of winter. The only problem is, we’re still waiting on this pair to arrive stateside, but just incase you can’t wait any longer, there’s always the folks over at international spot Titolo. Nike Air Trainer 1 Mid PRM QS “Wheat”

October 24th, 2014 by | No comments

nike air trainer 1 mid prm qs wheat 01 620x435 Nike Air Trainer 1 Mid PRM QS Wheat

Which Nike “Wheat” retro will you be harvesting this November? A quick search yields no less than five pairs donning the Timberland-aesthetic, and the latest pair might make the most sense out of all of them and here’s why: Bo Jackson helped champion Nike’s training series with the advent of this Nike Air Trainer 1. Bo was a man of principle, harnessed what could be the first noted case of super human strength, and he worked hard. Hard workers wear Timberland boots. Ok, that may be a stretch for why you should snatch up this pair, but while the Air Max 1 may have a little bit too much of that brown on the midsole, the gum extension here does enough to break up the accent color to make it work. Both the “Wheat” Air Force 1 Mid and “Wheat” Air Max 1 drop on November 1st, so although a date hasn’t come out for this Air Trainer, look for it to arrive around that time.

size? x Nike Air Huarache Light – Release Date

size nike air huarache light release date 01 size? x Nike Air Huarache Light Release Date

The size? x Nike Air Huarache Light arrives on October 31st, 2014. Needless to say the Huarache line is back, but overseas, this hasn’t been news as they’ve been holding down the name for quite some time. size? continues to work their respective magic whilst collaborating with the Swoosh, and the latest pair features an earthy aesthetic in an homage to the Nike Mowabb. All of the unofficial references to the Air Mowabb are making us hungry for the real thing, but in the meantime, size? does an incredible job at replicating the perfect fall aesthetic on the crowd-pleasing Nike Air Huarache Light. The clean royal blue mesh and orange work together on the upper to contrast that lifestyle-induced tan suede mudguard while speckling on the midsole adds an attention to detail ethos that will make this pair rather coveted. Check out more detailed images after the break and even though we’ll have to anticipate whether this size? collaboration will be arriving to global retailers at a later date or not, you can always secure your pair straight from the source.
