In case you missed it, the most exciting game on a packed NBA schedule last night took place in Charlotte. Now, take a moment to let that settle in, as those words haven’t been uttered in a long time. But that may all change now that Michael Jordan has helped bring the Hornets back to their rightful place. Both Kemba Walker and the teams new addition, Lance Stephenson, anchored the teams first win of the season in overtime against the Bucks. Yet somehow the impressive win was overshadowed by the nostalgia of the teams homecourt in aqua and purple. Fittingly, the latest Nike Roshe Run comes in similar tones, adorned in a vibrant Hyper Turquoise mesh upper paired with Hyper Grape accents along the eyelets and collar. A white midsole rest beneath matching the corresponding Swoosh signature. Feeling this Roshe Run? Its almost certain if you’re a Hornets fan, but otherwise whats the consensus? Lets us know after the break and scoop a pair if you feel so inclined at Rock City Kicks.

The Nike Roshe Run has taken the world of sneakers and streetwear by storm. Bargain-priced and cleanly designed, the Roshe caught fire in an instant and since its inception in 2012, became a major focus of Nike Sportswear’s future product line. A group of sneakerheads devoted to this model was soon created, and Team Roshe, which originated on Niketalk, was extended the rare invite to the Nike World Headquarters in which they got to meet Dylan Raasch, designer of this phenomenal shoe, and much more. The cherry on top was when Dylan and the NSW team presented Team ROSHE with its own PE colorway of the Roshe Runs, which features their logo on the tongue and heel pull-tab. Check out the photos of the Nike Roshe Run “Team ROSHE” below and let us know what you think.

hiroshi fujiwara previews air jordan 1 fragment design 01 Hiroshi Fujiwara Previews Upcoming Air Jordan and Nike Collaborations

When frequent Nike collaborator Hiroshi Fujiwara and his fragment design imprint hook up with the Swoosh, we’re always in for something truly special, and today’s look at three upcoming designs is no exception. Of course, the Air Jordan 1 is going to turn the most heads given that this is the first time that Fujiwara was able to work his magic on an Air Jordan retro. The combination of royal blue and black is sure to bring back memories of the classic “Royal” pair while the color blocking is enough to shine a light on the “Black Toe” aesthetic. There’s still no release date announcement on that pair or the fragment design x Nike Sock Dart, but we do have a concrete date for the fragment design x Nike LD 1000 (November 6th). As always, we have a better depiction of the event after the break and be sure to let us know if you’re excited about the prospect of an upcoming fragment design x Air Jordan 1 in the comments section.
