Nike Fingertrap Max NRG – Black – Green Glow – Hyper Punch

Most of the Nike Fingertrap Max pairs that have popped up during the shoe’s short run have actually sort of camouflaged the whole fingtrap approach by planting the same color on the criss-crossing pieces of the upper. Finally letting things pop a bit more is this new black and green pair that ends up pretty busy looking between the speckled midsole, that zebra striping on the pull tab, and the pink that’s poured into the lining. See another angle on them below and find yours at Nikestore today.

Nike Flyknit Racer – Game Royal – Pink Flash

nike flyknit racer game royal pink flash Nike Flyknit Racer Game Royal Pink Flash

Will we ever get the Nike Flyknit Racer on NIKEiD? That platform has shown a willingness to pick up on Flyknit models, most recently the Nike Kobe 9 Elite Low had a surprise showing just yesterday, so we’d say it’s not entirely impossible. Then again, the one piece Flyknit upper doesn’t allow for too many components to be customized – unless users were given the choice to create their own pattern. Until then, you can settle for colorways like this brand new game royal/pink flash one that’s on Nikestore now – but make sure you see the full photos below first.

Last Friday the Eric Koston Nike SB line had an unexpected expansion in the form of the Nike SB Eric Koston Mid Rest and Recovery. This time around it’s time for Paul Rodriguez’s line to get a little bit bigger with a takedown skate style. Up for grabs already is the Nike SB P-Rod Citadel. The shoes go heavy on the Flywire and take the increasingly popular approach of planting a backwards Swoosh, one that’s particularly large, on the upper. Continue reading to see the two debut colors for the new Nike SB P-Rod Citadel and find both today at Nikestore.

Nike Air Max Lunar 1 “OG Red” – Available

nike air max 1 lunar one red white Nike Air Max Lunar 1 OG Red Available

The good news about Nike Air Max 1s in the classic white and red colorway is that if you miss any particular release, you can always count on them coming back around within a few years. What’s more, those come backs often bring new technologies into the fold for the 1987 silhouette. This time around we’re not talking an entirely new technology, Nike Lunar, but it is a new one as far as this shoe is concerned. As you can see, the build also ditches the original mesh and synthetic suede that you’re used to and instead uses a no-sew upper. Grab yours from Nikestore today if you need a re-up on this classic Tinker Hatfield design.

Nikestore Introduces “Countdown To Launch” Release Strategy

nikestore countdown clock Nikestore Introduces Countdown To Launch Release Strategy

Is this another step toward wiping out automated bots? For this morning’s release of the Nike Kobe 9 EM “Philippines”, Nikestore implemented a “Countdown to Launch” procedure, which is as straightforward as it sounds – a live, countdown ticker until the shoes officially become available. Nike now offers up the link for purchase earlier than the designated release date/time, and no page refresh would be required, meaning this adds in yet another human element to sneaker buying – waiting. Does this accomplish anything for the battle against the bots, or more specifically, against those who have gained access to purchase links prior to the launch times? Other big retailers have been using a countdown procedure for some time now, but this would be Nike’s first experience with the style of release, and there were certainly some first-time issues as buyers (or hopefuls) noted some difficulty selecting sizes using specific web browsers. Let us know in the comments if you like this new change, and stay tuned to Sneaker News for updates.
