nikestore air jordan restock srping 2014 A Full List of Air Jordan Retros Planned for Nikestores Spring 2014 Restock

This weekend was an interesting one on Nikestore – Saturday morning’s combination of Air Jordan 11 Lows and the “Yeezy” Foamposite Pro threw a bit of a wrench in the online retailer for the day, and thus the Nikestore Air Jordan restock for Spring 2014 was postponed. But when 10AM EST, the scheduled time for the restock, did arrive, all of the shoes popped up anyway – but as far as we can tell no customers were able to add to cart. What we know now thanks to that little gaffe is which sneakers will be available when the restock does go down, and all of those models are gathered for you here. Continue reading to see which Air Jordans will restock from Nikestore for Spring 2014 (Keep in mind that these will be full size runs unlike the Eastbay/Foot Locker one) and stay tuned to find out if a new date will be set or if Nikestore will be more spontaneous this time around.

nike sneaker purchasing process changes 07 From Campouts to Photo Verification: How Nike Changed Sneaker Releases Forever

With every passing year, the hoops that must be jumped through in order to obtain a pair of limited or highly-coveted sneakers are rearranged to reflect the still-growing community of sneakerheads worldwide. At the dawn of the era it was all about the campout; you’d set your chair, sleeping bag, or woodland-grade tent up and play the waiting game for hours, or days, at a time in order to grab that pair of Nike SB Dunks, Air Maxes, or what have you. It could only last for so long though, and as the 2000s progressed, lines continued to get longer and episodes of sneaker mayhem at major releases seemed less and less like isolated events. A change had to be made, and it was industry leader Nike that decided to put the much-needed change into place.

nikestore verification photo Nikestore Launches Photo Verification Step for Sneaker Purchases

Remember the whole Nike Access Codes business that seemed to be a harbinger of a fairer checkout process for online sneaker purchasing? That system has yet to manifest, but as of this morning Nike did throw another unexpected wrench in the boogie-man bot community. If you added a pair like the Air Jordan 3 “Infrared 23″ to your cart this morning on Nikestore, you no doubt realized a screen popping up prompting you to click on various photos matched with words (See the example below) before checking out. What remains unclear is which sneaker releases this will apply to – surely you won’t have to do this photo verification for every purchase, but at the very least, it was in place for this morning’s Jordan 3 launch. Is this the final step needed to thwart automatic purchasing? Were you still able to get your sneakers? Tell us down in the comments and stay tuned for updates on Nikestore’s ongoing attempts at creating a fairer system for sneaker acquisition.

More often than not when we’re taking a look at the Nike Zoom Crusader it’s at some PE pairs, usually for the likes of James Harden as he’s the guy who is the most frequently spotted in those sneakers. But keep in mind that it is indeed a shoe that can be had for the masses as well. This atomic orange/anthracite version is one of the newer ones to pop up as available, and features the interesting use of “Clear Gray” (When is the last time you remember Nike spelling it that way?). See another angle after the break and pick them up today from Nikestore.
