So while Nat Geo might have you believing that this time could be better spent preparing for the apocalypse, these folks led by high-concept sculptor Tom Sachs are spending extra time every day prepping their bodies with Pat Manocchia&#8217;s exercises to handle the nearly 55lbs that&#8217;s added when one dons an <a
