Sneaker colorways associated with Miami have been among the most popular on the market for about two years, or roughly the time that LeBron James has been with the Heat. Here’s proof that the Dolphins color scheme was also popular when the young King was still in kindergarten, the return of the OG Puma Trinomic XT1 Plus. This grey and white suede and mesh makeup adds teal and orange for its signature look, a look so timely it’s also concrete evidence of the cyclical nature of the strongest trends. Have a closer look at this 1990 original Trinomic XT1 Plus after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for US release info.

A nearly forgotten lowtop so far from the mainstream radar that the last pairs were built in a country that hasn’t existed in a quarter-century, the Puma Oslo returns for the first time since the late 1980s. This classic design was named after the site of the 1952 Winter Olympics, and while not exactly the most snow-ready of sneakers, these do indeed have a pristine look with white leather uppers giving way to blue or green Formstripes. Puma’s premium MMQ capsule stands for ‘Mach Mit Qualitat’, which translates to ‘Do It With Quality’. It’s a commitment you can see reflected in the rich brown suede, leather and twill utilized on this new Puma Bharrington Mid, a design that can be seen to fill a void left as Supra has yet to capitalize on a casual Skytop III. This earthy design is even more low-key than September’s subtly patterned debut; will you make these a smart standby now that they’re available at select Puma retailers like Size?

Hussein Chalayan’s recent Puma designs have relied almost exclusively upon subdued colors. One notable exception is the Hussein Chalayan x Puma Conflate lowtop, a design that can be seen in its latest rendition to continue as a canvas for experimentation. Following up on last fall’s canary diamond-ish design, the simple lowtop silhouette takes on another colorful abstract blend of colors, which looks to have a bit of exotic feather and flower patterns in there. This design is innovative even with all the patterned kicks on store shelves these days, and you can find them available now at select Puma retailers like Kith.

An extremely prolific collaborative model of late, the latest Puma Clyde teamup is authored by an Italian sportswear label that in turn borrows on the legacy of American university athletics. Franklin & Marshall was launched in Italy after its founders came up on a dope sweatshirt while thrift shopping in London, and these new Clydes with their block print on the heels echoes the classic collegiate look, but the addition of that same lettering on a second set of laces pushes them over the top. They’re limited to 500 pairs for each of the five colorways you’ll see below, and available now straight from Franklin & Marshall.

Ronnie Fieg’s ‘Cove’ rendition brought a bunch of attention the original Disc Blaze late last year; might this updated version be even better than that highly touted collab? This new Puma Future Disc Blaze won’t be in the same class when it comes to resale value, but Hawaiian Ocean makes for an equally beautiful blue upper that’s arguably even cleaner than the RFs thanks to a tonal application and all-white sole. Let us know your thoughts after you’ve seen more of these below the jump, then find the Hawaiian Ocean Disc LTWTs at Puma retailers like Politics.
