Bodega is certainly busy these days as we get yet another look at a sneaker collaboration with a major brand, and a part of the Reebok Certified Network, Bodega gets their go on the Pump 25. The crew recalls the “golden era” of basketball in 1989, which coincides with the official debut of this game-changing shoe; as the basketball culture reached an apex, Reebok revolutionized the basketball sneaker with the Pump technology that is still an icon today. Check out the photos from their official lookbook below and stay tuned for the release this Saturday, October 18th.

Reebok The Blast “Freaks Of The Night”

October 13th, 2014 by | No comments

reebok the blast freaks of the night 01 Reebok The Blast Freaks Of The Night

Reebok’s retro basketball silhouettes from the 90s are some of the most eye-catching of that era thanks to hypnotizing aesthetics like the Reebok Shaqnosis and the Kamikaze II – each featuring a pattern heavy base that played with black and white negative space in the original colorways to demand your attention. One of the lesser celebrated models of that generation in the Reebok The Blast made a comeback this year as well, dropping in a retro+ rendition that played with an inverted medial side late this August. Now the shoe will get the spotlight this Halloween, featuring a Seattle Supersonics-like colorway of green, red, and yellow for what they’re calling the “Freaks of the Night” colorway. The model gets an added dose of synthetic croc-skin on the toebox and will arrive at retailers on Friday, October 31st for $120. Hit the click for a better view.

Reebok Classics “Black Winter” Pack – Size? UK Exclusive

October 10th, 2014 by | No comments

reebok classics black winter 1 Reebok Classics Black Winter Pack Size? UK Exclusive

Between the finale of the Distinct Life collaboration that took place throughout last year and the introduction to the GL 6000 Mid with a vibrant “Flash Red” pair, Reebok Classics is making their presence felt this fall. The new winterized version of the Reebok GL 6000 in midtop form stood out thanks to the near all red aesthetic, but how does the pair fare when the colors are a little more muted like this variety found in the upcoming “Black Winter” pack? The boot-like finish even features the ever-popular 3M reflective treatment on the vector branding and laces while a Reebok Workout finishes the collection off. Unfortunately for stateside dwellers, this Black Winter Pack will be exclusive to UK retailer Size? on Friday, October 17th but you can always get a better view after the click.

Stash x Reebok Question Mid “Red”

October 10th, 2014 by | No comments

stash reebok question mid red available 01 Stash x Reebok Question Mid Red

We’ll never see a player like Allen Iverson again, nor a signature sneaker like his Reebok Question Mid. AI left a mark on the NBA that will seemingly last forever, from his competitive drive and fearless playing style to his signature tattoo’d style with matching headband and shooting sleeve. It’s always a welcomed surprise when we get a new colorway of his ’96 rookie year model, and there couldn’t be a more fitting collaboration atop the silhouette then with legendary graffiti artist Stash. This time the Stash x Reebok Question Mid basically mirrors the initial blue pair in terms of materials used and color blocking, from the premium leather upper contrasted by a suede toebox for a luxurious take. The shoe swaps the cool color spectrum for a red based aesthetic, and the paint speckles look a tad bit more menacing. What do you think? You can grab your size right now via shops like SNS.

Reebok Answer 14 – White – Black

answer 14 black white Reebok Answer 14 White Black

Yes, the Reebok Answer line is still ticking. Showing up in retailers this week is the Reebok Answer 14, the next chapter in Allen Iverson’s line with the brand. Their arrival feels just a tiny bit awkward given that the brand has pretty much left their basketball efforts in the past, but we’re sure Iverson fans appreciate another entry. This colorway doesn’t have any particular team alliances – instead they’re a straightforward black and white. Check out the Reebok Answer 14 in question below and watch for them in the coming days at Millennium Shoes.

The Distinct Life x Reebok GL6000 “Part 4 of 4″

the distinct life reebok gl6000 4 of 4 01 The Distinct Life x Reebok GL6000 Part 4 of 4

The Distinct Life kicked off its collaboration with Reebok for 2014 in February, taking the Reebok GL6000 and giving it a luxurious leather treatment, but if that wasn’t enough they even camouflaged camouflage. That’s right, the patented “Ghost Camo” appeared as an embossed treatment to the monochromatic leather for a twist on the pattern-heavy atmosphere currently trending in the sneaker world. Three pairs of the GL6000 would release and now the finale is headed to retail shelves later this month. This time, a Deep Burgundy covers the leather and mesh combination as a tan suede hits the vector side panel branding to match that vintage-inspired gum sole. Catch a better glimpse at the final installment of the Distinct Life x Reebok collaboration and be on the lookout for this pair to arrive at select retailers like Burn Rubber on Saturday, October 18th at 8AM EST.

Reebok Shaq Attaq IV – White – Red – Blue

October 7th, 2014 by | No comments

reebok shaq attaq iv white red blue 01 Reebok Shaq Attaq IV White Red Blue

The Reebok Shaq Attaq 4 didn’t have the history of more infamous early career Shaq releases like the Shaqnosis, but the vector brand still thought it worthy of a retro, and why not? With shoes like the Insta Pump Fury carving out its niche in an anniversary year, Reebok has decided to bring another Pump-donning sneaker back, and this time around the technology is still functional as past releases have included a manual hand pump to help you decide how much cushion you want in your ankle support. Shaq played on seven teams throughout his illustrious career, but we’re guessing this White/Royal/Red pair isn’t a Cavs reference as much as it is a nod at his expected yearly All-Star game appearances. What do you think? We’re still waiting on a release date, but in the meantime check out more images after the break.
