Le Coq Sportif pushes further with its comeback, bringing back a classic runner along with a few other familiar styles coming up soon. First and foremost, the Le Coq Sportif R1000 returns for the first time since the 1990 originals. OG white/grey/black neon colorway shows how far these style stretch back in time, while a tonal blue plus red style has a more colorful if slightly more conservative approach. Sneaker News covers just about every Nike Air Max 1 release, so when you think back on whether we’ve covered many in grade school sizes, you realize that Nike Sportswear just started making them in 2013. So now we have another great way to get your youngsters involved in the sneakerhead scene, a new Air Max 1 GS with a style reminiscent of the Air Max 90s that we have seen in smaller sizes for the past few years. A black and Night Stadium upper adds Metallic Silver Swooshes and hust a hint of Photo Blue for an undeniably ‘cool’ colorway, one that you can see in greater detail below and that’s available right now at NSW retailers like Titolo.

While Max Air and even Zoom have been pushed to the limit with uninterrupted visible cushioning from heel to toe, the original Air-cushioned runner’s latest offspring makes good use of a more established approach. The Nike Air Max Tailwind+ 5 continues with the series’ approach of utilizing a more caged midsole to provide an alternative to the Air Max+ 2013. Back in February, Sneaker News previewed three Nike Air Max 1 Premium colorways that ended up hitting in the first week of March. That trio utilized denim twill uppers and smartly chosen accent colors, and apparently had a younger sibling come along last week. This new style for the summer season has a similar impact in Cool Grey with white Swoosh/midsole and the red hot (or more orange-ish, as the case may be) Total Crimson shade sandwiching the shoe via sockliner and outsole. When it comes to the Nike Air Max 90 EM, so far, we’ve come to expect OG colorways remade for the Engineered Mesh upper, or bold gradient styles taking advantage of its graphic capabilities. The latest does neither, offering a new blocking template that opts for all grey up top and a burst of fluorescent orange on the midsole and branding elements. Nike Sportswear is among the leaders in elevating the ‘tonal’ look to trend royalty status. Here’s a perfect example of why they should keep on rolling, because the Nike Air Max 1 would look superb in a whole rainbow of suede styles like this. Here we have a downright regal mix of purple shades that is not only carefully selected, but also arranged in just the right way so as to amplify Tinker Hatfield’s familiar genius. After a strong start to 2013, the Insta Pump Fury’s contemporary update had fallen silent for a bit. Luckily, the Reebok Pump Fury HLS is coming back with a trio of new styles that represent the model’s initial foray into the world of printed patterns. Three high contrast Pump Fury HLS colorups add camouflage to their heels, which creates different effects on the earthy, neon and tonal blue palettes used for each respective pair. In addition to the variety of Hyperfuse, Flywire and LunarLon treatments we’ve seen Nike Sportswear apply to their classic running lineup, there’s a new update style that’s specifically geared toward making great summer shoes. No doubt following on the heels of the smash hit Roshe Run’s minimalist mesh build, the Nike Pre Montreal Racer Tape goes for a very breathable body as held together by the namesake piping. This edition mixes blues and whites in a style similar to the red pair we showed you a short while back, and both should be arriving at select NSW retailers shortly.
