In addition to Liberty London’s multicolor approach, Nike Sportswear has offered its own take on a staticky or snowy print this year. It’s a style we’ve seen on popular models like the Roshe Run, Blazer and Free 5.0 V4, and now we see one of the NSW cornerstones join that group. This newest Nike WMNS Air Max 90 blends a teal shade with off-white and black around the snowy mesh areas, a look that rides a soft green Fiberglass midsole. Check them out in more angles after the jump, then find yours available at select retailers like Concepts.

Most of the adidas Originals Tech Super colorways we’ve enjoyed this year have been low-key suede and mesh builds with just a bit of color. One notable exception was the Consortium WCAP pack, which applied an watercolor feline print to this once forgotten classic runner. Here we see Three Stripes take the animal print idea a step further, applying a snakeskin material to these upcoming colorways that adds both tonal depth and a texture you can feel. Check out both pairs in greater detail after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for updates as we approach the August drop date.

We saw it foreshadowed in spring 2013 releases featuring perforated sides, and now the classic Steve Prefontaine signature Nike runner goes with an even more breathable rendition for summer. The Nike Pre Montreal Racer Tape takes its name from the piping along the stitching lines on this new variation, but the key difference here is that the entire upper has been constructed of a breezy mesh. Let us know how these compare to the smash hit Roshe Run that utilizes a similar all-mseh upper, then grab your Pre Montreal Racer Tape in Pimento from Nike Sportswear retailers like Titolo.

It’s a bit strange that during this peak of tremendous pattern activity on sneakers, one of Nike’s iconic prints and its namesake silhouette has been utterly silent in 2013. Luckily, more Nike Air Safari VNTG colorways are coming soon, including this new revelation in black, Night Stage and Pure Platinum. It’s got an uncredited yellow shade peeking out from the edges of the outsole, but is otherwise in line with the timeless elegance of classic black/white. This suggests the one pair we’ve seen previewed in ’13 will be following shortly, so stick with Sneaker News for updates and grab this new Air Safari today from Nike Sportswear shops like Overkill.

After a scant few releases earlier this decade, Sneaker News previewed a couple of Reebok GL 6000 colorways last fall. Instead of a prelude to more drops from Reebok Classics, it seems that this was a continuation of that trend, as the shoe has been utterly silent since September. Luckily, they weren’t canned, though, so we’ve got at least this pair and another to enjoy from a model coming up on a 30th anniversary in 2015. This GL6000 has a classic sensibility in red, navy and white, so check it out from more angles, then grab them from shops like Politics.

Foot Patrol has been pretty busy with their collabs ever since the English boutique got back on its feet. Next up from the team is a Saucony Shadow 6000 pair, one that pays tribute to their London neighborhood of Soho. The area has historically been a mix of film industry outposts, upscale shopping, and seedy sex shops. These days the last of those have been mostly cleared out, but that seems to be sector most referenced in the upcoming collab. Continue reading to check out a teaser video and stick with us for more information on the Foot Patrol x Saucony Shadow 6000 “Only in Soho.

We haven’t seen a new colorway since Ronnie Fieg unleashed the ‘High Risk’ edition as a Kith exclusive, so Asics GT-II fans’ hunger is growing. Luckily, we’ll have a handful of new styles to enjoy come Q3, so let’s examine these fall 2013 releases with a new set of images. The world’s most popular split-tongued classic runner will bless the suede and mesh faithful with a handful of new styles each season this year. For fall 2013, we see a mix of Asics Gel Lyte IIIs with varying degrees of color exuberance and tonality/contrast. The flame-accented black edition stands out thanks to its speckled midsole. Its counterparts add more complexity to their colorblocking, as we see purple and yellow combined once more on a mostly white style, while another goes with grey overlay and red accents to push its violet base in a different direction. Let us know which one you like best after seeing all three below, and stick with Sneaker News for US release info.
