While most of the other vulc-soled styles from Nike Skateboarding with the ‘LR’ suffix are straightforward in their use of LunarLon cushioning, the Dunk seems to have shifted back to the Zoom that made SBs so comfy. So while the Nike Dunk Low LR now has a slightly confusing name, a classic colorway like this bred edition is a can’t miss. Now almost something like a Dunk SB x Blazer SB hybrid, the latest Dunk Low LRs are depicted further below and available right now at shops like Premier.

The Nike Eric Koston 2 launched in stores earlier this week, and if you read through our interview with Nike designer Shawn Carboy, you’d know that this minimalistic sneaker design is actually filled with tons of R&D and top-of-the-line materials. The skate-specific LunarLon insole paired with the mesh ventilated panels taken from the LunarGlide+ series would make these a perfect footwear selection for pretty much any sport, making the Koston 2 one of the few skate-specific shoes that meet the requirements of other sports. If the latest Nike Zoom Stefan Janoski looks familiar to you, then you might be a longtime Sneaker News reader. This new Old Royal and Midnight Navy Janoski lowtop is similar to a Pacific Blue style that hit in 2010, the key difference being this pair opting out of microperforations on the saddle. Toward the tail end of last winter, Nike Skateboarding issued a new Premium Stefan Janoski colorway built in a Metallic Silver fleece material. This time, they prepare us with warmth toward the start of the coldest season, as the Nike Zoom Stefan Janoski Mid is ready with a couple similar styles. Equally wearable and even warmer thanks to muted woolen uppers but more expressive courtesy of the Terracotta-ish soles they share, these new styles slated for December 2013 offer even more proof that the Janoski line is really only now starting to fully express all its potential. The Supra Stacks has been more low-key than the Crown brand’s other two Terry Kennedy signatures, which seems fitting given it’s the shortest of the three. The Stacks are long on looks, though, and here are three more solid styles to give even more variety to this already prolific silhouette. The latest deliveries include tan suede/canvas, charcoal Express TUF with blue and black accents and chambray-ish burgundy washed canvas for that timeless springtime mens look. Supra continues to show increased effort and attention for womens footwear, as for the third time in four weeks, we see a new pair crafted just for the ladies. This new Supra Skytop III ‘Glitter Canvas’ is exactly what it purports to be: a black canvas upper featuring starry speckles throughout, atop a crisp white sole. Fresh off the first women’s colorway, the Supra Society super-hightop is back with another snakeskin look, this time for men. This pair utilizes one of the Crown brand’s favorite colorways by going tonal black/grey on the upper plus a purple sandwich of sole and sockliner. The rear panel gives us the namesake snake texture, but with this print atop a canvas material, it’s less flashy than your average iridescent reptile scales. It didn’t take too long for the LunarLon-cushioned, vulc-soled Braata from Nike Skateboarding to jump from mild to wild. Following up on last months’ debut in Neutral Grey suede whose sole coloring came courtesy of a Crystal Mint lace, the Nike Braata LR Premium goes far out with a trio of tie-dye makeups. These aren’t the stereotypical hippie rainbow spirals, but rather tonal representations in black/white, reds and a golden-kissed version that will no doubt draw comparisons the Pushead’s second Dunk Low SB collabos.
