With all the classic styles, updates and new models Vans is releasing these days, a few models are bound to slide into the background. The Vans Chukka Low is one of these, a model that’s still quietly cranking out new styles but that has kept a relatively lower profile in recent months. This latest rendition gets back to what made this style so popular in the early part of this century, opting for a grey hemp upper atop gum sole for a tastefully neutral look. The last time the word ‘Inca’ was associated with an Off the Wall release was back in 2010 when Vans Vault issued the fondly remembered ‘Inca Flower’ Sk8-Hi. Here’s another Vans Sk8-Hi with embroidery detailing on the sides, but instead of a two-tone look as in the case of the aforementioned release, the ‘True Blue Inca’ goes for additional shades that bring the orange and blue suedes together. Vans expands their ‘Inca’ weave with another release following the blue and orange Sk8-Hi. With both of these releases available just in time for summer, it might come down to which silhouette or dominant color you prefer, unless you plan to grab both. Check out this latest Half Cab after the jump, then buy yours at shops like Concepts.

Following up on January’s dope orange/blue edition, we see another bright yet rustic colorway on the Vans California Old Skool Reissue CA. This one is cast in Burnt Henna suede and takes the steely Jazz Stripe to a new level with 3M reflectivity. This is a natural choice for the swooping side stripe but one whose novelty will make these popular and hopefully pave the way for future iterations. Let us know where these rank among the best reflective skate shoes and grab yours today from Concepts.

What does Vans have in store for the fourth quarter? The world’s leading skate brand is big enough that it would take some time to fully answer that question, but here’s a smattering of what’s to come. We’ll start in the OTW Collection, where the new Vans Bushwick makes a strong first impression.
