Vans Authentic “Tie-Dye”

Tie-dye and Off the Wall sneakers are two ideas that naturally go hand in hand, yet we haven’t seen as many as you’d expect.  That’s part of what makes this new Vans Authentic for women so dope, the other part being self evident thanks to the aforementioned hippy-dippy multicolor upper.  These have a ‘berry’ lean thanks to red, blue and purple tones that spiral across the original Vans deck shoe, and you can see how they blend together below before buying at Concepts.

Diemme x Vans Vault Montebelluna Hi LX

The most expensive Vans out there (Sprinters not withstanding) are limited edition collaborations that grow increasingly difficult to find with time.  That means that as the character grows in these new Diemme collabs, they have the potential to reach the peak, because they are already quite exclusive at retail.  The new Diemme x Vans Vault Montebelluna Hi LX slightly alters the iconic Sk8-Hi silhouette, crafting this skate classic in rich black and navy leathers that’ll have you wearing them for a night on the town.  Check out more photos of both below, then grab yours from select retailers like Kith.

Vans Syndicate Old Skool Pro “S” – Navy

Its time-tested peak-toed lowtop blucher silhouette has become the basis for a whole brand as Japan’s Losers continues to grow, and now we see Vans continue with what might be the Old Skool’s best year ever.  This new Vans Old Skool Pro ‘S’ is one of those Syndicate releases without a defined collaborator, which means they’re crafted in an upscale suede mix of navy blue tones.  The all-white sole is a nice finishing touch, and you can see more angles below before buying from shops like Flatspot.

Jason Dill x Vans Syndicate Derby “Wheat”

Jason Dill continues a period of heavy activity with Vans, making it three-for-three over the past few weeks with a new colorway for the last pair we showed you.  This Jason Dill x Vans Syndicate Derby S takes a left turn from the animal print styling he shared with Anthony Van Engelen last summer, following up on last week’s black/white makeup with a new style in soft wheat suede.  The all-white sole and corded laces indicate this is too ‘smart’ of a style to be one of a million Timbo tributes, but still manages to evoke traditional craftsmanship, as you’ll see in more photos below and at select Vans retailers like Concepts.

Vans LPE “Espadrille”

vans lpe espadrille Vans LPE Espadrille

Among the casual styles Vans pioneered in the early 2000s that has since been copied by several other brands is the espadrille.  This jute-woven sole design is a traditional European shoemaking method, and it turns out the look is just perfect when applied as the foxing sidewalls to a vulc-soled shoe.  The Vans LPE Espadrille is a perfect example, this low-profile Era adding a bit of extra intrigue thanks to the earthy sole that along with the organically-uneven uppers is crafted from hemp fibers.  Check out two colorways in detail after the jump, then grab yours from Off the Wall stockists like Titolo.

Vans Authentic “Guate”

vans authentic guate Vans Authentic Guate

It has been the Era that has gotten most of Vans’ attention when it comes to lowtops featuring the Guatemalan stripe pattern in recent months.  But here we see that model’s forebear take the lead as the original Van Doren deck shoe suits up in the multicolor native print.  This Vans Authentic ‘Guate’ stands out from earlier similar releases with a larger section in black/white and field colors in shades like orange, gold, purple and tonal greens instead of a more rainbow-like range.  This goes to show the Guate stripe look has almost as much potential as the ever-versatile Authentic itself, so click through to see more, then buy yours at retailers like Titolo.

vans lp slip Vans LP Slip

Like just about all Off the Wall lowtops, the Slip-On’s simple construction and sweeping panels makes a great place to show off new patterns and prints.  This latest duo skips all the animal and multicolor looks that’ve been so popular of late in favor of another style that itself will resonate with current menswear trends.  These new Vans LP Slips show off the new low profile silhouette in a couple of stripe patterns that look like they’d be at home on a button-down shirt.  Check out both in more photos below and look for yours at select Vans stockists in the near future.
