The Tweed Lows are slightly different than their high top counterparts, although containing the same general colorway.  This tweed design is featured on the toe box and heel, while the rest of the uppers are brown suede.  Unlike the Tweed Highs, the lows showcase a cream-colored swoosh rather than a brown one, matching the outsole.
