Following our feature of the Air Jordan IV ‘Military’ just an hour ago is a clear look at the Air Jordan XII ‘Obsidian’; this late-June release finishes of a triplet of Air Jordan XII releases that began with the original ‘Playoffs’ colorway and the all-new Cool Grey/Team Orange hat hit stores this past Saturday. We’ve got nearly a month left before these even begin popping up in stores, so the debate of whether or not to pass on these should pop up considering the slew of big-ticket releases slated to hit from now until then (South Beach LeBrons, Yeezy 2s, etc.). Need a reason to cop these? These are one of the very few un-Retro’ed Air Jordans left in the entire catalog (of course, that changes in the U.S. come June 23rd. More shots of this upcoming release after the jump, so take a look and let us know your decision on these.

The growing legacy of Kevin Durant continues this postseason as he look forward to the Western Conference Finals after defeating Kobe Bryant and Los Angeles Lakers in quick and easy fashion. It will have been six full days between his last outing and the upcoming Game 1 of the WCF Series against the Spurs, but falling right in between those two important dates is a third that holds a heavy weight in terms of importance – the release of the Nike N7 Zoom KD IV. The profits from this release will go toward supporting the Nike N7 campaign, which is rather significant to Durant as Oklahoma City is home to one of the larger Native American populations in the United States. You can support the cause tomorrow when both ‘Home’ and ‘Away’ colorways of the Zoom KD IV ‘N7′ becomes available on Nikestore as well as the select Nike locations listed HERE.

Justin Timberlake’s subtle Air Jordan rotation surfaces yet again as he was spotted earlier this week wearing the Air Jordan 1 in the ‘Armed Forces’ colorway of 2008. Justin’s shown a penchant for white-based Jordans like the Flip IIIs and the Silver Anniversary Air Jordan II, but his selection of Dark Khaki/Urban Haze on these AJ1s were a perfect match for his simple outfit, which was composed of a basic white tee and some beige-colored jeans. You can check out more of Justin Timberlake’s clean outfit and underrated Air Jordans below, so flip through the gallery and let us know if you’ve got these ’08 gems in your closet! Photos: justjared

The Vans OTW Collection continues to provide a smart blend of traditional California skate aesthetics and premium lifestyle sneaker construction, its latest revelation the series first ‘sequel’. The Vans OTW Piercy is a new silhouette whose wavy side panel lines will immediately remind those familiar with the Bedford of that midtop’s year-plus run, both models finding themselves in the Half Cab neighborhood without outright copying Caballero’s classics. Brown full grain leather, black suede and ripstop, grey wool and suede and a chlorine blue canvas pair make up the fall 2012 collection, and you can see all four pairs of Vans Piercys after the jump below. via FNG

The Miami-inspired Nike Air Penny II that dropped in 2009 didn’t draw as much attention as the recent releases, perhaps because it wasn’t surrounded by as much ‘heat’. The recent success of the Foamposite series as well as hybrids like the Half Cent and Zoom Rookie has made anything with Penny Hardaway’s ’1c’ insignia a must-have, so it’s easy to predict a quick sell-out for this latest Air Penny 2 release. These ‘Sprite’ Penny IIs come to market with a Soar base layer accented by Cyber hits and the signature swooping midsole in white, an energetic look soon to be joined by a black pair that’s arguably even more of a neck-breaker. We’re still waiting to see when the latter will arrive, but the ‘Sprite’ Air Penny II is hitting the shelves at Nike Sportswear retailers like Premier already, so check out a new round of photos below and let us know which of these neon-accented pairs you’re more likely to cop.

The Nike Free Run+ 3 made a lasting first impression with a ‘romantic comedy’ of a promo video that demonstrates just how durable your own bare feet can be with the help of a 5.0 sole. The Free Run+ 3 has a tough task ahead of itself when it comes to topping the ubiquitous Free Run 2, but lifestyle-oriented colorways like this largely suede combination of Iguana and Cargo Khaki ensure you’ll start seeing these in more casual settings. Their overall earthiness and speckled soles suggest these can handle your summertime trail runs as well, so check them out after the jump below and get ready to strengthen your body from the floor up with this new drop from Concepts.
