Releasing as part of the Kazuki x adidas Originals by 84-Lab Spring 2014 Collection, which we showed you earlier this month, are these Kazuki x adidas Originals by 84-Lab Centaur Welds in grey and black. Both shoes feature relatively calm uppers color wise, but both also feature a polka dot design throughout the shoe that seems characteristic of the collection that they are a part of. The sections of the upper that don’t feature the polka dot design use premium leather to bring a basic, classic balance to the shoe. Let us know in the comments how you feel about these and stay tuned to Sneaker News for more.

Longtime adidas Originals collaborator Kazuki Kuarishi contributed to Mark McNairy’s first Three Stripes collabs, and the 84-Lab capsule rolls on with new styles from both.  On Kazuki’s side of things, tiny polka dots and updated classic runners are the key themes, as he gives us the adidas ZX 500 Trail and CNTR Weld both covered in microdots, as well as the Tech Super 2.0 in a autumn-leaning leather build.  The first two go for single colored uppers plus white dots to match their midsoles whereas that Tech Super keeps things very clean but might be even more eye-catching with its blaze orange underlay.  Check out all three in more detail below, then cop yours from Originals accounts like Caliroots.

adidas seems to be labeling all of the drops ‘CNTR’, but there’s a bit of a difference between the original Centaur and the design pictured above.  As compared to the 1984 OGs, these adidas Originals Centaurs opt for a welded construction that eliminates stitches and cuts out even more weight with modern synthetic materials.  This gold edition is one-third of the ‘Color Pack’ we previewed back in July, which suggests the red and blue pairs are right around the corner.  On the other side of the jump below, we have more photos of the yellow edition, so you can get a better sense of what they have to offer at select Three Stripes retailers like Size?

This Saturday will be the biggest sneaker day so far in 2013 with several major brands bringing forth significant releases.  The potential sleeper hit of the bunch is a long-lost Three Stripes runner, historically overshadowed by the ZX flagship line.  The adidas Consortium CNTR follows up on this weekend’s Hanon Centaur resurrection, updating the silo with seamless breathable construction that’s connected to the past by suede framing.  Click through to see three monochromatic colorups that will be arriving on the second of next month at premium accounts like Crooked Tongues.
