ADIDAS ORIGINALS adidas Originals is a subdivision of adidas focused on resurrecting classics such as the adidas Superstar and the adidas Campus. The line makes up a good portion of their lifestyle offerings and has been bolstered to a large extent by the efforts of collaborator Jeremy Scott.

The ongoing Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals collaboration has seen a slew of killer sneakers, with the “wings” add-on really pushing the limits of sneaker design. We’ve got an updated look at the Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Wings Camo that are slated for a Fall/Winter release. These high tops stick to traditional camouflage colors, with a good mix of greens and browns swirling about the leather upper. Furthering the outdoorsy feel is the bright orange lining on the inside of the shoe. With that being said, these won’t exactly make you blend in, as the Jeremy Scott Wings are without a doubt some of the most unique shoes in recent memory. Few footwear choices convey the warm feelings of summertime as well as boat shoes and as they’ve become an increasingly mainstream choice, we’re seeing more and more sneaker hybrids. The midtop version of Nike SB’s Stefan Janoski signature just hit retail and while these new adidas Originals Summer Deck lowtops aren’t built for skating, they’re every bit as satisfying from a lifestyle perspective. Check out these two new Summer Deck colorway sin navy and beige canvas, two pairs that have among the best alternate laces for any pack we can remember. They both look great with tonal leather cords holding them together but adding gold to navy or red to beige makes for a couple-a head-turners. We’ve seen quite a variety from the adidas Originals Forum Lo RS this spring, everything from insane all-over patterns to simple two-toned looks and a few OT Tech releases in between. This new Forum Lo fits into the subtler of those categories, its grey suede design adding white accents to become a neutral anchor to any number of clothing combinations. Add a pair of your own colorful laces or keep em as-is to balance out a bright tee, either way just be sure to cop a can of waterproofer to protect against those April showers and look for ‘em at select Three Stripes retailers like Caliroots.

‘Kawai’ is the Japanese word for ‘cute’, a label that’s become synonymous with the cultural movement over the past few decades toward all manner of products and behaviors. Cartoon characters like Hello Kitty and Pikachu (not to mention the plethora of anime and manga references) epitomize kawaisa and now the cutesy aesthetic will be applied to a new pair of adidas SL 72s. This pair in royal blue and white fits right in with the Tokyo Tech line from adidas Originals, their toe and heels embellished with what look to be fruit shapes in a tonal rubberized material. Having seen teaser pics earlier this month, Sneaker News now has an update on the upcoming Kinetics-exclusive DJ Muro x adidas Originals collaboration. We can now confirm the two models in use for this Gucci-lookin’ duo and it’ll be variations of two of Three Stripes’ most popular heritage models, the Metro Attitude and Ultrastar. The former features an exaggerated tongue and logo a la Jeremy Scott’s collabos and the XL releases, while the Ultrastar features a luxurious quilted leather take on the world famous Shelltoe. adidas Originals’ ZX- running series is among Three Stripes more popular staple collections and while we see plenty of 700s, 800s and 8000s, the above pictured model is relatively rare. But those later releases owe their existence to the success of the 1986-born adidas Originals ZX 380. These joints have that immortal old school look and yet this ZX380 manages to offer a subtle nod to the tech-happy ZX brethren through its use of a tonal Dellinger web that nicely compliments a tonal ‘white’ and green vamp. Toronto, Ontario’s Ransom Holding Co. has seen its adidas Originals collaborations sell with such great success that we’re now entering the third consecutive year of tag team releases. This latest drop incorporates a brand that’s a modern legend here in American (and anywhere their ‘World Tour’ travels), the Stussy x RANSOM x adidas Originals Plain CS Stussy. Three pairs offer a unique one-layered suede take on a lowtop desert boot-style silhouette with RANSOM and Stussy logos imprinted onto the lateral and medial heels, respectively. These might remind you of a shorter, more subdued version of the Stussy x Doc Martens that dropped a couple years back, but a crepe sole means these are more Clarks-like if anything.
