The last time we saw adidas pack the Tech Super and Matchplay together, there was a Strider alongside as part of the Watercolor Animal Pack. This new trio swaps the Strider for the AO Hook Shot II and skips out on the watercolor part of WCAP in favor of a more overt wildlife appeal. This adidas Originals Blue ‘Leopard Pack’ applies the namesake rosettes in very different ways across the three models, everything from subtle black-on-black tonalty to all-over in-your-face jungle cat. Check out all three after the jump for a closer look at all three models and stay tuned for a release hitting select adidas Originals retailers this September.

adidas Originals gives us another intriguing new colorway for the Tech Super after a couple in that ‘Miami’ neighborhood. Crafted in a style similar to the Bluebird/Real Green edition, these adidas Originals Tech Supers have grey suede atop a deep purple mesh layer for a look that inverts the typical layout for such a combination. This is one of those curious choices that even if you couldn’t explain it precisely, you still need a double take, and proves there are still ways of turning heads other than neon colors and pattern mixtures. These are like the aforementioned pair in arriving at retail this July, and you can pre-order today from End.

The latest adidas Originals Tech Super revelation adds to the list of releases we’re expecting for the second half of 2013. This one has a unique feel because the colorway isn’t something you’d expect from today’s new releases, but it isn’t your quintessential early 90s makeup either. The primary green and blue shades plus black make for serious contrast that feels like a throwback even if you can’t place it, and they’re up now for pre-order with a July ship date from End.

The accent shade in use on this latest adidas Originals Tech Super is called Warning, as in, this is one super-bright orange that you’ll notice for sure. It might also be construed as a call to action today, as a couple of weeks ahead of the expected June release date, the latest Tech Super makes its way to select Three Stripes retailers. This Miami Dolphins colorway releases at a time when the palette couldn’t be any hotter, so expect these to move especially fast for a general release, and don’t hesitate to grab a pair now from Caliroots.

The Miami Dolphins colorway continues to be a prominent theme as we move into summer and Three Stripes gives us a more obtainable 1991 classic running alternative to the ‘ECP’ Asics Gel Lyte III. That makes you wonder when the adidas Originals Tech Super will finally get its first collab, but when you take a look at this latest in-house design, you realize they’re doing just fine. This one stands out from other recent MIA fare thanks to its stone suede toe, an earthy option that you’ll see up close below and in your sneaker rotation starting this June.

Fresh off the revelation of its sequel, the adidas Originals Tech Super hits the scene in arguably its most energetic colorway to date. The box label on these suggests Running White, Electricity and Black, but that leaves out the largest single section of the shoe, where a purple suede comes in to set the tone for this LA Lakers-leaning release. Let us know how these compare to the Blaze Purple/Yellow Ray ZX 700s we showed you last week, then grab the latest Tech Super from Shelta.

Most of the adidas Originals Tech Super colorways we’ve enjoyed this year have been low-key suede and mesh builds with just a bit of color. One notable exception was the Consortium WCAP pack, which applied an watercolor feline print to this once forgotten classic runner. Here we see Three Stripes take the animal print idea a step further, applying a snakeskin material to these upcoming colorways that adds both tonal depth and a texture you can feel. Check out both pairs in greater detail after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for updates as we approach the August drop date.

After a strong burst to end 2012 and start this year with some serious momentum, the adidas Originals Tech Super has been less prolific of late. Luckily, there are indeed more new releases in store, including this new style whose sweeping use of Running White belies the colorful accents that give it a unique feel. This pair slated to arrive in August features a mix of teal and red accents vaguely reminiscent of all the Miami-themed sneaker colorways we’ve seen in recent years, and you can see more images below in the meantime.
