The last time we checked up on the adidas ZX Flux Zero, the shoes were doing their best to imitate the colorful highpoint achieved by the ZX Flux “Prism” with their “Confetti” look. This time around, the shoes have calmed down quite a bit. The design has sort of a heather grey look to it that is applied tonally in order to let some zig zagging shapes show up. Get a more complete look at this new adidas pair with us just after the break and watch for them to show up at adidas retailers globally beginning in August.

You can bet that the success of the adidas ZX Flux will lead to plenty of other models wearing the Flux moniker. In fact, you might have even been able to predict that if you checked out our intereview with adidas ZX Flux designer Sam Handy. Sure enough, there’s the adidas ZX Flux Zero on the way. The sneakers utilize a different tooling along the bottom, but they’ve got a very similar build across the top as far as minimal Three Stripes branding and nearly seamless upper.
