foot locker air jordan restock april 19 Foot Locker To Restock Air Jordan Retros on April 19th

This weekend’s big Eastbay restock will be joined by a pretty similar event from Foot Locker. Foot Locker’s calendar currently lists many of the same silhouettes as launching on April 19th at 8AM EST, and while they don’t mention specific colorways, we’re assuming that they will be most of the same pairs planned for the Eastbay restock. Unfortunately the sizing info also carries over – everything save for the “Powder Blue” Jordan 3 and the “Infrared” Jordan 6 appears to be sizes 15 and up. Continue reading for a quick glimpse of the pairs that will be available and view the Foot Locker release calendar here for more info.

February 26th, 2014 by | 21 comments

air jrodan 1 croc shark customs 07 JBF Customs Goes Shark and Croc for New Air Jordan 1

JBF Customs isn’t the snakeskin Air Jordans guy. OK, he is the name most associated with that wave, but what we meant to say is that the man has plenty more tools in his arsenal. Case in point is this exotic Air Jordan 1 “Bred” recreation, which features panels of both shark and crocodile skin that would make PETA’s head spin along with his custom “Incomparable” tag on the tongue. Continue reading to see the remix in its entirety and then get in touch with JBF Customs if you approve of this beastly pair of Jordans.

flight 23 foot action air jordan retro restocks all store weekend 01 570x425 Flight 23 NYC @ Footaction Air Jordan Restocks for All Star Weekend

The all-Air Jordan Flight 23 NYC store has some rather exciting restocks on deck for All-Star weekend. Coming back are the Air Jordan 1 “Bred” and the Air Jordan 12 “Taxi”. The announcement of the return of these two silhouettes further proves that Jordan Brand plans to give their first ever retail location in North America special treatment as far as restocks are concerned. As was the case with last week’s black/gold Jordan 1 release, it appears that you’ll have to head to the spot some time in the next couple of days to pick up a raffle ticket for the chance to purchase. Get the full info below and tell us in the comments if you’ll be trying to pick up either pair.

December 27th, 2013 by | 28 comments

air jordan 1 bred 2013 release 03 570x380 Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Bred Release Reminder

The last Air Jordan 1 release for the year is certainly going to be a big one. Tomorrow will see the release of the Air Jordan 1 “Bred” in that Retro High OG build-meaning that there’s no Jumpman on the back and there is “Nike Air” on the tongue. We’d assumed that this would be the last pair of that kind for a while, but previews suggest more “Nike Air” joints going into next year. Take another look at the pair after the break and pick up yours ahead of schedule from yellownsxt on eBay.

Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Bred” – Nikestore Release Info

December 23rd, 2013 by | 21 comments

air jordan 1 retro high og bred nikestore 1 Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Bred Nikestore Release Info

A few people nitpick the use of the word ‘Banned’ because of the special 2011 release, others have said things here and there about the word ‘Bred’ and of course those Instagram flicks of questionable humor. But what all of this really amounts to, fellow sneakerheads, is a form of love. Notice that absolutely no one has said that the black and red Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG needs any cosmetic changes whatsoever. It has been perfect since it caused a quantum leap in sneakers in 1985 and people love it so intensely that they fret over the tiniest details in maintaining its legacy.  Jordan Brand does the same in rendering it with the original branding in a supple leather. It’s one of those pairs every serious collector should have but rest assured you’ll need to be quick on the trigger to get yours this Saturday, December 28th at 8am eastern from NikeStore.

Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Bred” – Arriving at Retailers

December 20th, 2013 by | 33 comments

black red aj1 2013 6 900x599 Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Bred Arriving at Retailers

Sneakerheads are about to embark on one of the crazier ten-day journeys we’ve experienced. It kicks off with the ‘Gamma Blue’ Jordan 11 dropping on the 21st, then continues with the similar XIIs a few days later. The ‘Red October’ Nike Air Yeezy 2 hits the day after that and then in a few more comes the Oregon Ducks Foamposites (and there are several other significant drops we don’t have the space to mention here). Wedged in between the Red Yeezy 2 and the Oregon Foams is a shoe without which it’s possible none of this interest would even exist. This ‘Bred’ Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG is the shoe that changed everything with its bold ‘Banned’ appearance, and now they’re back in the original 1985 form, set to drop next Saturday, the 28th at shops like Wish and available now for the early adopters on eBay.
