Air Jordan VII “Olympic” – Game Issued Autographed Pair

air jordan vii oylmpics autographed 570x425 Air Jordan VII Olympic Game Issued Autographed Pair

The problem with vintage, game-worn Jordans is that they’re often a little too beat to really make a decent display piece. Taking care of that problem is this incredible vintage Air Jordan VII “Olympic”. The sneakers were created specifically for Michael’s wear at the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona, as indicated by the FTPS designation on the tag, but never actually hit the hardwood. What’s more, they’ve got Michael Jordan’s personal blessing on the back end in the form of a signature. Continue reading to see more on this piece of history and then check out the chance to own the pair for yourself from abas15 on eBay.

victor cruz air jordan vii premio Victor Cruz in Air Jordan VII Premio

Victor Cruz is staying in New York, which means he can continue to flex all those sneaker-connect relationships that he’s been building during his stay in the Big Apple. Cruz’s most recent on feet sighting features the Air Jordan VII Premio, that deluxe retro from the seemingly scrapped Bin23 series of Jordans. Will they ever come back? We don’t know, but with the return of special editions like the Air Jordan III “Doernbecher” we wouldn’t completely rule it out. Hit the jump with us for the full photo and stay tuned to see what else Victor Cruz pulls out as the off-season dwindles.

air jordan vii xx8 days of flight 570x423 Air Jordan VII XX8 Days of Flight

It feels like it’s going to be quite a bit of time before we get good looks at the entirety of the “XX8 Days of Flight” series of Jordans. Sure, the shoes popped up across social media when they were first distributed, but it’s probably going to be a while before all the separate pairs get their true due with a decent set of images. The Air Jordan VII among them gets that treatment here, as this set does a good job showing off the black and electric green sneakers. Continue reading to see them for yourself and tell us in the comments if you think this colorway would do well at retail.

georgetown air jordan vi Air Jordan Georgetown Collection

One of the biggest attractions at Nike DC that opened last October is this amazing display of Air Jordans done up in classic Georgetown Hoyas colors. Located on the top-most floor, this great display stands opposite of the Jordan section, giving customers an exclusive museum-like exhibit alongside the retail experience. While we were in-store for the Nike KD VI iD preview session, we took a quick moment to snap some photos of this legacy of Air Jordans inspired by the basketball powerhouse school located just minutes away. Luckily, after visiting Nike DC, we stopped by Georgetown University to chat with legendary hoops coach John Thompson and his son John Thompson Jr., who is currently the Hoyas head coach. Check out the gallery of each individual Air Jordan from the set and let us know which you like best.
