It looks like Mache got sick of wondering whether or not he won and decided to whip up his own version of the sneaker. The transition appears to be a pretty easy one, as the Air Jordan III ‘Joker’ gets dipped in a deeper level of blacks to link up with that series of Air Jordan one-offs. Proving that Mark Wahlberg isn’t one of those folks who refuses to wear anything but OG colorways as far as Air Jordans are concerned is this new set of photos. The man has apparently got a hold of the Air Jordan III ‘Joker’ as his latest pickup, and already broke them out on a quick grocery store trip. With Mark Wahlberg popping up in so many recent Jordan Brand offerings as of late, is there any chance we’ll see him don the futuristic Air Jordan XX8 as well in a moment of support? The “Joker” was a nickname that got tacked on to this Air Jordan III early on, and although there is no connection between the heroic Air Jordan III and the heinous villain that has tortured Batman on many occasions, tomorrow’s release is serious business. Some may point to this AJ3 Retro as the must-have Jordan release of the All-Star releases, even among the Air Jordan XX8 debut releases and the Air Jordan 1. If these are a must-have for you, get ‘em tomorrow at Jordan retailers or cop now on eBay.

Jordan Brand recently unveiled its 2013 All-Star Collection of ‘Night Vision’ inspired footwear, which includes this clean Air Jordan III Retro colorway. While the comic-book villain ‘Joker’ has nothing to do with the concept of the shoe (instead, it’s a stealth night-vision colorway that sparks this color-combo), the moniker has stuck firmly since we first saw the shoe in late 2012. These are indeed confirmed for a release on February 16th alongside the Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan XX8, so check out the official images of the Joker aka Night Vision aka All-Star release below and let us know if these are a must-have for you.

The Air Jordan III is making some unexpected noise this Spring 2013 season, isn’t it? A sneaker that just went through a healthy Retro cycle in 2011 was thought to be put to temporary rest, but this Spring 2013 is looking rather exciting thanks to the Nike Air revival and the ‘Joker’ and ‘Crimson’ joints. A confirmed release date for the Air Jordan III ‘Joker’ has been established for February 16th, so let us know if these mid-February releases are a must-have amidst all the heat that is slated to drop that month and peep the new photos courtesy of thehardwood on eBay.

Two of the more talked-about Air Jordan Retros that are slated for a 2013 release is the duet of spicy Air Jordan IIIs in ‘Bright Crimson‘ and ‘Joker‘. Although these have been getting a lot of attention, will they steal some of the shine from all the Spring 2013 Air Jordan Retros, like the OG White/Red/Black Air Jordan 1 or Air Jordan V?
