Hip-hop artist Wiz Khalifa stopped by BET’s 106 & Park on Tuesday to chat with hosts Terrence J and Rocsi about a number of topics, which ranged from his Rolling Papers World Tour to Amber Rose, as well as thoughts on education. During the session, Wiz wore the Air Jordan III ‘True Blue’, which marks yet another Air Jordan sighting on the Pittsburgh native. His more recent Celebrity Feet sightings included the Space Jams, the Air Jordan VI ‘Infrared’, and the Air Jordan XII Low ‘Black Patent’. Wiz may have been outshined by Terrence J, who wore a clean pair of the Nike Air Yeezy in the tan colorway. Check out the video of Wiz @ 106 & Park below and let us know what you think. One of the most anticipated releases of the year just passed us by, and clearly some celebrities couldn’t resist getting in on the fun. the Air Jordan III ‘True Blue’ just hit Jordan Brand retailers this weekend, and immediately after, Cassie and Big Boi broke out their fresh heat to show off to the public. While Cassie played it cool and wore her Air Jordan IIIs indoors, Big Boi brought out his pair for his own party, as he was celebrating his new title as the face of Crown Royal Black. In 2009, Jordan Brand re-released one of the most beloved OG Jordans of all time – the Air Jordan III ‘True Blue’ – under one side-piercing condition: NOT in the United States. The Freshnes is back at it once again with new Jordan Retro inspired t-shirts, this time focusing on the Air Jordan III ‘True Blue’, set for a release this Saturday. The t-shirts intertwine the original and beloved True Blue color combination with a hint of Los Angeles flavor, using Dodger-like graphics and fonts for the designs. Others include a pair of the True Blue III with wings, and a fierce elephant, a call-out to the elephant print that made the Air Jordan III one of the most recognizable shoes in history. Wale’s mini-tour with newly affiliated Mayback Music Group continued last week when Wale performed live with Rick Ross, Pill, and Meek Mill last week for a taping of Jimmy Kimmel Live. Wale wore the upcoming Air Jordan III ‘True Blue’ Retro to match the newly designed Washington Wizards jersey, and you might even remember Michael Jordan himself rocking the TB III while wearing the Wizards alternate red/white/blue. This sneaker sighting is somewhat of an anomaly for Wale, as the D.C.-based rapper typically wears sneakers long before a release, but we commend him on wearing ‘em anyway (the Air Jordan III is one of Wale’s favorites). Seniors are more than likely counting down the days to official freedom from the chains of High School (although most have been celebrating their liberation for months).
