Have you ever had to make a massive move and whittle down your sneaker collection to a fraction of what it once was? We’re pretty sure that he didn’t do away with the rest of his collection, but it looks like Gilbert Arenas had to go through that sort of agonizing packing for his recent move out to China. Pictured here is Agent Zero posing with some of the heat he brought along with them, including the Nike Air Yeezy 2, Nike Air Penny V, and a huge helping of assorted Air Jordan retro heat. Hit the jump for the full photo and let us know if you approve of Gilbert Arenas’ sneaker rotation for his stay in China.

Most of us pedestrian sneaker lovers pick and choose which pair to rock based around the weather and the environment they’re bound to be subject to. If you’ve got a Scrooge McDuck size vault of cash though like hip-hop mogul Diddy then you can burn through pairs without having to worry about that type of thing. Shown here are some photos from a quick weekend outing, Sean Combs pulling out a pair of the coveted Air Jordan VI ‘Defining Moments’ for a trip to the pumpkin patch. Click through for the full shots of Diddy’s trip and let us know in the comments what’s the most dire environment you’ve ever trudged through in your grails.

Really Mache? You really already whipped up an Air Jordan custom to riff off the Air Jordan IX ‘Doernbecher’? Apparently the custom heavy weight wasted no time once photos of that special sneaker for 2012 were released, grabbing an Air Jordan VI from his reserves and slapping on a similar gold feathered print. Other than that the sneaker sticks to the muted black and white scheme found on the rest of the sneaker, the model already providing the necessary icy soles. Click through to check out the awesome Air Jordan VI ‘Pollito Jiminez’ customs by Mache and let us know what you think in the comments.

Is it Tropic of Cancer, or Tropic of Capricorn? Here’s an Air Jordan custom that even Bookman will be okay with – the Air Jordan VI ‘The Shoe About Nothing’ customs by Rocket Boy Nift. This connection with Jerry Seinfeld is one that makes plenty of sense, because Seinfeld rocked a ton of Nike heat during the show’s run. One of the more notable on-screen heat was the Air Jordan V ‘Grape’, which Rocket Boy Nift uses to design this custom, but take a closer look at the midsole paint-job and you’ll see some unique graphics that are intended to represent the patterned wool sweaters that Jerry wears on the show. The best feature of this custom is the miniature Jerry Seinfeld on the outsole (this ‘Little Jerry’ is in Jumpman form, not a fighting chicken). More of this fun concept below, so take a look and let us know what you think!

Most of us would no doubt go back and snap up plenty of old grails in terms of sneakers if we ever made it to the financial level that Jay-Z is currently at. Jigga has other things to worry about at the moment though, like that epic string of Barclays Center concerts and keeping Beyonce and Baby Blue happy. So hopefully you can forgive him for varsity red on his Air Jordan VI’s in this epic shot, taken atop the roof of 560 State St. (you remember that Empire State of Mind lyric right?) with an incredible view of the Brooklyn Nets’ new home. Click through for the full shot and stay tuned to see if Jay rocks more J’s as the Barclays Opening bonanza continues.

The Air Jordan VI is a silo whose original colorways haven’t been too readily retro’d over the years, the ‘Infrared’ pack making some serious progress a couple years back. Of the two still in the vault it’s safe to say the sport blue (or September blue depending on who you ask) shown here is the more coveted, sort of serving as the natural progression from early iterations of the blue based OG’s like the ‘Military’ and ‘True Blue’. If you don’t wanna wait around for a retro to someday arrive (knock on wood) then we’ve got you covered, with this 1991 original recently popping up. Click through to check out the Air Jordan VI ‘Sport Blue’ pair see how much the deadstock gem went for from kurrensy05 on eBay.
