Air Jordan 6 “Carmine” – Release Reminder

May 23rd, 2014 by | 51 comments

carmine jordan vi 02 Air Jordan 6 Carmine Release Reminder

The Air Jordan 6 “Carmine” is coming back tomorrow for just the second time ever. As one of the lesser retrod Jordan colorways, Nike has yet to pull out all the stops on this pair and slap some Nike Air on the back. With that being said, we don’t think that the little difference in branding is likely to hold anyone back from scooping up a pair when the weekend rolls around. Unlike most of the recent Jordans to hit online they will be a Twitter link only release as far as Nikestore is concerned. See the shoes after the break courtesy of Oneness and then see if there are any of these Jordan 6s already available on eBay.

In fact, outside of the OG Carmine, only the Olympics, Oreos, and a kids release here and there has explored the non-tonal path, but this upcoming kids colorway of “Bright Grape” changes all that. In fact, these are pretty much the same as the Carmines, swapping the daring red for a purple ton while swapping the midsole color-blocking (the black and white is inverted). A release date for June 7th for this Air Jordan 6 has been scheduled so peep the extra photos below for a better look.
