The subject of a recent ‘On the Fence’ feature, the Air Jordan 10 ‘Stealth’ has exceeded expectations during the past few months that’ve  been more filled with huge releases than many entire years gone by.  Maybe it’s because they hit on this season’s key palette, or maybe the desire for Air Jordan 10 Retros has been quietly building since the 2005s, but more likely a combination of these reasons that explain how this one has been able to move so swiftly.  If you missed out on the first run of them, you’re in luck, as Finish Line has restocked nearly all sizes so there are more available in addition to the pairs currently listed on eBay.

nba feet 4 16 12 NBA Feet: Weekend Recap 4/13 4/15

There’s a little less than two weeks to go in the NBA season, but the NBA kicks just seem to get better and better. After debuting the Ambassador IV on Friday night, LeBron whipped out the Nike LeBron 9 Low in Black/Red against the Knicks on Sunday. The Garden seemed to be home to a lot of great sightings, because we saw the Air Jordan 2012, Air Jordan X, Kobe VII ‘Wolf’, and even John Wall’s ‘Beyond The Gold’ PE hit the Mecca floor. Other notables include Nate Robinson showing the Melo M8 some love, OJ Mayo rocking the tonal patent leather navy Air Max CB 34 HOH exclusives, and Timofey Mosgov boasting what might be the best iD colorway of the Huarache 2k4. The sneaker king of the week is without a doubt Monta Ellis, who showed up on Friday night with the Air Jordan XVI CDP and Air Jordan XVIII CDP (switching at halftime), and on Sunday with the Silver Anniversary XI. More of this weekend’s best footwear sightings, so take a look for a full recap of NBA Feet! Photos: espn

Air Jordan X ‘Steel’ – Look-see Sample

March 26th, 2012 by | 19 comments

jordan x steel looksee color 1 Air Jordan X Steel Look see Sample

Looks like just another plain ‘ol pair of the Air Jordan X ‘Steel’, right? This look-see sample from 2005 has one major distinction from the released version, and that’s the colored Jumpman on the outsole. The released version featured Varsity Red, so perhaps this sample pair was made to test out the blue and the yellow, ultimately selecting the red as the proper color. In any case, these Air Jordan samples are exceedingly rare, but once you have ‘em on your feet, nobody will even notice the difference! Check out the additional images below and you’d be surprised at how low the final bid price was considering these could possibly be one-of-ones. Interested? See the completed auction from x2dazee on eBay.

Sure we’ve got the ‘Stealth’ version of the Air Jordan X on our hands now, but keep in mind that before there was ever Stealth there was Shadow. What makes this particular OG pair of the Air Jordan X ‘Shadow’ pretty special is the 45 embroidery up near the ankles, a detail marking Michael’s first return to the game after retiring his original number and one particular only to the sample versions. And if that wasn’t enough to make you covet this deadstock pair then keep in mind that they’re officially blessed by MJ himself, with his scrawl hitting across the front end. Continue reading for the full photos of the Air Jordan X ‘Shadow’ OG autographed 45 sample and take a look at this one-of-a-kind auction from cnoriega_2007 now on eBay.

NBA Feet: Weekend Recap – 3/16 – 3/18

nba feet 3 19 12 NBA Feet: Weekend Recap 3/16 3/18

Apparently the NBA heard us loud and clear when we said the NCAA boys have the NBA ballers clearly beat in the ‘Feet’ category, but this weekend’s collection of sneakers might flip that script. Starting off with Monta Ellis’ Air Jordan ‘Bred’ display, we caught a slew of awesome Air Jordans, Nike Basketball PEs, and St. Patty’s Day PEs that stole the spotlight from the Second Round of NCAA Tourney games. Josh Howard wore a White/Green PE of the Air Jordan XIII that was identical to the Ray Allen PE – with the exception of the ‘Ray’ logo on the tongue. Nate Robinson and Jared Jeffries wore the Air Jordan X ‘Stealth’, while a couple of Knickerbockers sported some awesome St. Patty’s digs – namely Carmelo’s Melo M8 and Mike Bibby repping the Jordan CP3.V. Amare Stoudemire and DeMarcus Cousins rocked their All-Star Game ‘Galaxy’ PEs, Ty Lawson got his ‘Dunkman’ on, and Kobe swapped out of the ‘Attack Strong’ insole for his Kobe VII ‘Lakers’. We’ve got an immense attack of NBA Feet below so take a good look and let us know who rocked the best kicks! via Yahoo
