A sum will always be greater than it’s parts, but it’s still interesting to see what those working components are and how they come together to form one great structure. We’ve showed you ‘dissected’ and ‘dissolved’ Air Jordans before, but this is closer to a full-blown autopsy of a lively pair of shoes. Sneaker murder? We won’t go as far as saying that, but we can agree that this pair of Concords served an interesting cause because we now know the ins and outs of this popular pair of sneakers. Almost every primary seam has been detached and all the innards have been removed to reveal the Air Jordan XI in a never-before-seen light, so if you think your stomach can handle it, check out the full dissection of this brand new pair of the Air Jordan XI ‘Concord’ below and let us know which of these formerly un-seen details intrigues you the most. Finishing off another solid week of NBA Feet is a recap of Wednesday and Thursday games, which featured plenty of Air Jordans, Player Exclusives, and Nike Retro Basketball kicks. Gilbert Arenas made his first appearance with the Air Jordan XI ‘Concord’, while teammate Rudy Gay took the court with the Nike Air Max Tempo. Dwyane Wade rocked a Black/Red PE of the Jordan Fly Wade 2, while Kevin Durant led the Thunder wearing the Nike N7 Zoom KD IV in the Home colorway. Plenty more to see below, so take a look and let us know who brought the best heat to the NBA court! Photos: espn

NCAA March Madness just kicked off (and we’ll keep you updated with a great ‘Feet’ feature), but the NBA had some entertaining games and even better sneakers on court! Starting off with Air Jordans – Dwyane Wade brought the ‘Last Shot’ back to Chicago, Gerald Green raised his stock with the Air Jordan XI ‘Concord’, and Shannon Brown scorched the opponents with the Air Jordan VII ‘Bordeaux’. The ‘new-look’ Knicks slaughtered the Blazers with Carmelo wearing the ‘Syracuse’ colorway of the Jordan Melo M8, LeBron James showed off his Red/Black PE again, and Ty Lawson rocked the ‘Cool Grey’ LeBron 9. That’s just a small sampling of what’s below, so take a look and let us know who rocked the best kicks! via Yahoo

If you’re stuck in a post-apocalyptic world in which your only source of survival is your sneaker collection, at least you’ll breath easily. FreeHandProfit’s latest creation is at the butchering of a pair of Air Jordan XI ‘Concords’, in which he used every piece of the puzzle to build this latest sneaker gas mask, down to the clear blue plastic lid for the tinted eye-visor. We’ve seen plenty of gas masks made from the Air Jordan III ‘Black/Cement’, Air Jordan XIV ‘Last Shot’, and the Nike SB Dunk High ‘Cheech & Chong’, but the novelty of these collectible hasn’t worn off yet because they’re still high in demand and garner a ton of attention whenever they go up for auction. We’ve got a detailed gallery of the Air Jordan XI ‘Concord’ Gas Mask below so take a look and if you’re interesting in rocking some XIs on your face, head on over to the listing from FreeHandProfit on eBay.

Just two more days until the NBA All-Star Weekend arrives (you know, the All-Star Weekend that almost didn’t happen?), and the NBA sneakerheads look to close out the unofficial first half with some great on-court heat. The Golden State duo in Monta and NateRob rocked the Air Jordan X ‘Old Royal’, which has proven to be the perfect match with their White/Royal/Yellow jerseys. J.R. Smith of the New York Knicks got back to his laced-up ways by wearing the Air Jordan XI ‘Concord’ during Monday night’s loss to the Nets. Teammate Jared Jeffries went with the Air Jordan IV ‘White/Cement’, while fellow Jordan Brand Carmelo Anthony, who had been absent for the majority of Linsanity, wore the ‘Home’ Melo M8. Al Harrington of the Nuggets, who sported some LeBron 9 iDs, switched it up by wearing the Nike Zoom Kobe VII iD, as did Paul George of the Indiana Pacers. Another notable baller that made a return was Baron Davis, who reminded us about his Li-Ning BD Dooms. Check out the rest of the NBA Feet from the last few days and stay tuned to Sneaker News as we continue our coverage up til the All-Star break! via Yahoo

Did any NBA ballers partake in what might be the biggest sneaker release day ever? We did spot a bunch of players wearing the Air Jordan X ‘Old Royal’, but that was just the tip of the iceberg because this weekend might’ve been the most heat-filled week of the season. Jordan Crawford, who has quietly built a solid rep as a sneakerhead to look out for, wore the Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Metallic Red’, while new pick-up Reggie Williams of the Charlotte Bobcats wore the Nike Zoom KD IV ‘Year Of The Dragon’. Other heat included Paul George’s Jordan Spiz’ike ‘Bordeaux’, while Utah youngsters C.J. Miles and Enes Kanter jazzed it up with the Air Jordan XI ‘Concord’. Ray Allen wore the Air Jordan 2011 A-Flight, Chris Paul dazzled in a nice PE of the CP3.V, and Delonte West maintained the tempo with the Air Max Uptempo. Can’t end an NBA Feet without a Jeremy Lin mention, because he took down the Lakers and the T-Wolves with the Nike Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 Low. We’ve got a whole lot more for you below, so peep the best of the weekend after the jump and let us know who laced up the sickest kicks! via Yahoo!

February is upon us, but the sneaker heat in the NBA doesn’t stop. Ray Allen of the Boston Celtics wore the Air Jordan XIII ‘Ray Allen’, Blake Griffin continued his dunking ways, and Al Harrington flashed his Nike LeBron 9 iD for all to see. Chris Paul wore a PE colorway of the Jordan CP3.V, previewed earlier during the Sneaker News trip back home. Paul George of the Indiana Pacers stole the Air Jordan crown with his Air Jordan III ‘True Blue”, and Monta Ellis wore the Concords during his most recent game. There’s a lot more to see so check out the week-end NBA Feet and stick with Sneaker News for more on-feet NBA footage! via Yahoo!

If you were a member of or lurked on Niketalk during the early-mid 2000′s (aka the Renaissance period), Ben Baller is probably a household name; the guy wore his heart on his sleeve and had some well-known celebrity connections, making him one of the most memorable Niketalkers in the history of the forum’s existence. The DJ turned jeweler-to-the-stars formerly known as K-Town Hustler will and has ‘iced’ out anything that can hang from a chain, so this Air Jordan XI ‘Concord’ pendant is, admittedly, a bit tame compared to his accomplished feats of the past (that Golden State pendant and the I-95 are just a couple that come to mind). This pendant features a pair of photorealistic Concords (down to the curves and lines on the outsole) fitting of the current rage of Air Jordans, but with a Los Angeles Dodgers cap that Ben added for a bit of hometown flavor, we’re reminded just who is behind this blinged out piece of neckwear. We’ve got more images for you of this Internally Flawless & Co creation below so take a look and let us know what you think. via Complex
