We don’t really see Asics Gel Lyte IIIs pop up with the ladies designation in terms of colorways, but if we did it’s safe to assume that this pair would be in there. This take on the split-tongue classic goes suede and mesh on the materials tip and then brings a pretty heavy helping of pink and purple aboard as far as the colors are concerned. See some catalog style shots of the Asics Gel Lyte III shown, an August 2013 release, and let us know if you’re hoping for their arrival on US shores. And if you don’t have too much faith in that, grab a pre-order from the team at Inflammable.

In early January, Ronnie Fieg revealed a pair of Asics Gel Lyte IIIs dubbed the “Super Green“, only this particular design would never hit retail. Instead, the 300-pair run would be donated to the needy in Haiti through the Soles 4 Souls charity – an organization that has donated over 19 million pairs of shoes since 2005. Thankfully, Ronnie’s photographer Pete Forester logged the events of the donation through his camera, giving us a first-hand insight to the great work done by Souls 4 Soles and those who participate in the movement. Check out the gallery of photos below, and see the Souls 4 Soles website to see how you can lend a hand.

While the inline Asics Gel Lyte III stuff has been strong enough as of late in terms of the colors used, the group has been a little tame with respect to the decision to put on any sort of patterns. Finally breaking that spell are a couple of crazy colorways, one that tucks in what appears to be some traditional Chinese style art in and one that goes for a sort of Native American geometric design. Continue reading to see both of these upcoming styles from the Asics Gel Lyte III “Print Pack”, along with another random upcoming inline pair tossed in for good measure, and keep your eyes on Sneaker News to find out when they’ll start to show up at your local sneaker spot.

Ronnie Fieg tends toward cool colors for the basis of his classic running collaborations. Often utilizing green and blue suede and mesh, Fieg finds himself in the middle for this new teal design featuring orange accents and white midsole. This as yet un-nicknamed Ronnie Fieg x Asics Gel Lyte III gets in on the Miami Dolphins look that’s been so popular over the past year-plus. This is a perfect summertime colorway with a breathability boost from micro perforations on the suede segments, so be sure to stick with Sneaker News for updates including the release date, and let us know what you think of RF’s latest GL3s after you see more below.

Not content with merely being the epicenter of Ronnie Fieg’s red-hot collaborations, Kith NYC is also prone to resurrect some older inline styles from the Gel catalog every once in a while. They’ve done that once again, bringing back one of the iconic OG colorways this time for the Asics Gel Lyte III. The combination is a clean white and purple, with just a little bit of orange mixed in around the accents. What’s more the pairs come packaged with a set of rope laces if you feel like adding in some contemporary flavor. See more on the Asics Gel Lyte III after the jump and stay tuned should anyone besides Kith end up getting a hold of some stock.

Why is it that we don’t see more pairs of the Asics Gel Lyte III that set off that split tongue with a more of a pop color? Most versions of the sneaker that end up at retail seem content to let that part of the silo link up with rest, a trend which is at last reversed on this new release. The outer is a mixture of blues and purples, where the tongue set up that creeps around the collar goes left with a gooey neon green. Take a look at this Asics Gel Lyte III after the jump and be advised that SNS is about to go live with their stock.
