Back in May Sneaker News offered up a teaser preview of the Saucony Grid 9000 designed by Southern California’s Bait. Using a palette of black, red, white, and a punchy Viridian Blue, Bait colors up this rugged trail-inspired runner as a bit of a self-tribute, noting its recent store opening as their reason for celebration. You can join in on the hoopla once the Bait x Saucony Grid 9000 ‘Viridian Burner’ hits stores on Tuesday, October 23th at 9AM PST at their online shop BAITme, online shoe retailer PYS, and Bait’s retail shop in Diamond Bar, CA.

Wherever and whenever the mysterious Bait decides to open up its doors it’s apparently going to do so with a bang, with two collabos already secured. You already saw their Asics ‘Ring Pack’, now meet their take on the Saucony Grid 9000-that techy 90′s runner that has seen quite a few well executed collabs for this year. This teaser obviously doesn’t give too much away but expect the red, black, and green pair to show off its homebase as with the Bait-branded stripe down the tongue. Let us know which of their upcoming projects you’re feeling most and stay tuned for word on when Bait makes its debut and the accompanying sneaks are made available.
