Due to the midnight fiasco on Nikestore, some of you may have been unable to cop the Air Jordan IV ‘White/Cement’. However, Chris Brown clearly beat some of us to the punch because he was spotted by gossip blog JustJared strolling around Miami rocking the highlight Air Jordan release of the month. More importantly than the sneakers, Chris Brown’s personal life has been the focus of much attention; he just won a Grammy award, and seems to have reconciled with ex-girlfriend Rihanna, who was involved with Chris in a tumultuous relationship that came to a screeching halt when Brown displayed his ability to skillfully steer a car with one hand. Swizz Beatz has put Reebok back on the map for good, and during this week’s Project Trade Show in Las Vegas, Swizz made Reebok one of the biggest highlights of the three day-long event. Swizz, wearing a tonal-red colorway of the Reebok Classics Ex-O Fit High, performed live for over 500 special guests, and his pal Chris Brown also showed up to provide a live rendition of ‘Dance Like A White Girl’ while wearing the new Reebok Kamikaze. Other notable guests included Funkmaster Flex, who DJed the event, and America’s Best Dance Crew. Chris Brown’s been a familiar face in Sneaker News Celebrity Feet features, and that’s no surprise because he’s been in the Jordan game for quite a while. He’s been spotted with the Air Jordan VII Orion Blue, the Air Jordan XIII Playoffs, and the Air Jordan II ‘Candy Pack’ in yellow, but this most recent blip on the Chris Brown Celebrity Feet radar involves an original Air Jordan IX colorway that re-issued in 2002. The Air Jordan IX ‘Olive’ was unlike any other Air Jordan colorway to have released until that point; it appeared more like a hiking boot rather than a basketball shoe thanks to the earthy Olive green upper and the suede/leather combination of materials. When it did re-release in 2002, the Olives actually sat on shelves for a while, but commands a much higher dollar today. Chris Brown has come a long way since the unfortunate incident with his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, spending most of his time on rebuilding his persona and marketability. He recently made an appearance at premiere of Justin Bieber’s ‘Never Say Never’ movie during the week. Chris Brown greeted the crowd (of rabid 8-15 year old girls) with friendly ‘peace’ signs and smiles while wearing the Air Jordan XIII ‘Playoffs’, which is set for a release later this month. Brown’s not new to Jordans, because he’s been rocking a lot of heat for a long while, so check out Chris’ latest sneaker moment below and let us know what you think. Chris Brown was photographed while out in West Hollywood, California with a couple of friends. Brown whose new album, F.A.M.E., is set for a release in the coming months was seen rocking some heat from head to toe, most notably his Air Jordan VI Doernbecher sneakers that were released last year, which reminds us that the Air Jordan III Doernbecher sneakers are only a couple of weeks away from being released on Saturday, December 4th. The rest of Brown’s outfit consisted of a Supreme x Universal Motion Pictures Monsters crewneck sweatshirt, BAPE Ursus Shorts, and a snapback cap. Chris Brown continues to try and rebuild his public image after a troublesome year in 2009, the R&B singer will be releasing his fourth studio album, F.A.M.E., in the upcoming months, which features the number 1 single, “Deuces”. Brown was in Washington D.C. this past weekend for the Eunice Kennedy Shriver Challenge Presented By Audi and sang the National Anthem at the event. He also participated in the inaugural event as he was seen jogging, playing soccer, shooting hoops, and mingling with participants during the day long event. Brown was seen wearing a Red tracksuit with Audi branding and a pair of matching Air Jordan XIII Retro’s in White, Black, and Varsity Red which are set to be released in December of this year.

Air Jordan’s have become a quintessential part of a celebrity’s wardrobe and when Nelly and Chris Brown were spotted together in New York City both happened to be rocking new pairs of Jordan’s on their feet. Nelly wore a pair of the Air Jordan Rare Air sneakers in White, Black, and Cement; the Rare Air is the latest hybrid/fusion sneaker from Jordan Brand and it combines all of the different signature Air Jordan’s that featured visible Nike Air technology. Chris Breezy on the other hand was seen wearing a pair of the classic Air Jordan IX Retro’s in the OG White, Varsity Red, and Black colorway.

Time heals all, does it not? In an effort to promote his new movie, Chris Brown was one of the guests on BET’s 106 & Park, and during the show he, along with Takers co-star Idris Elba, did their best to pitch their new action/crime flick. Chris Brown wore a pair of the Nike SB x Eric Koston Dunk High ‘Thai Temple”, one of the better SBs in recent memory, although his strange outfit was one to forget. Along with the kicks, Brown wore cut-off denim shorts with a red/black lumberjack-print cardigan. Additionally Idris Elba and J.Cole also stopped by the show wearing the Nike Toki and Oncore High respectively (as well as normal outifts).
